The service was great, the food was delicious and creative, the drinks were great (a $16 Manhattan better be great). But the bill was pretty big. Prices of everything are a few dollars more than the menu published here on Trip Advisor. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a great time.

Lot 12 has been local for me, but is the best place to fine dine for at least 3 states. The owners, Damian and Betsy Heath, are food and hospitality artists. The menu is creative using local foods in season, such as morel mushrooms, ramps, and herbs from the garden in the front yard of this historic house. The staff... More

In addition to the beautiful dining room and fabulous service, the food was fantastic. Lot 12 alone is worth the visiting Berkeley Spring for, however the town is quaint.

My husband and I spent the day and night in Berkeley Springs several weeks ago for a get-out-of-town after finding this restaurant online. I made dinner reservations about a week before, and barely got in! After going, I see why. My husband and I have traveled the world and eaten in Michelin restaurants - - this is by far one... More

The soup is the best soup my husband has had in his life. Great evening to slowly eat dinner without children and not feel rushed. Food was delectable. You can tell the chef cares and treats food as an art.

Just happens that tonight we were able to get to Lot 12 again. (We go there several times a year). The new menu has some of the favorites, the roasted duck (my wife's favorite - it has spoiled her to the point that she won't eat it any where else. She's tried but they just don't compare.) and the tuna... More

Visited with a group of 7 over Thanksgiving weekend. We had the best time! The atmosphere is upscale comfortable, not stuffy. The staff was all amazing. Our waitress was just the best, hands down amazing sense of humor and very patient with our annoying table full of non stop jokes and quips. She told us she was a school teacher... More

We were surprised to find this quality in Berkeley Springs. Lot 12 is just as amazing as our 5 Star Restaurants in Pittsburgh with a small town feel. I met the chef Damien. He is originally from this town. He and his wife relocated back there and developed their dream. When you visit. Don't skip dessert. It's worth the calories.

I would actually go out of the way to get to this place. We wandered in at 5:00 without a reservation and they were superbly nice. We obviously didn't get the pretty tables by the window, but I wouldn't have suspected it. The folks with reservations quickly took those. The food was terrific. Snapper with caper sauce was amazing and... More
