We ate at Panorama's Farm Table dinner, held each Saturday, and throoughly enjoyed it. The food is locally sourced (not the goat's milk cheese, yet, but working on that) and the dinner is a social event of up to 20 or so folks at one long table. Each course is announced and the sources described, so yo can visit on... More

My wife and I stopped by this little restaurant because we had heard about the view. We went inside and had late lunch of marinated steak and eggs and the roast beef. Both dishes were really well done, with obviously fresh, and local ingredients. We liked it so much we are planning on going back to their Saturday dinner special... More

So happy you enjoyed the local food offering - including Mother Nature's handi-work - the beautiful views! We'll look forward to seeing you for our weekly Farmers Table - its our favorite time of the week: we so love telling about the small farms we work with! Nothing has surprised us more than the social side of the evening -... More

We had breakfast here....admired the view from the overlook than went inside for breakfast and more time enjoying the view! So unusual to find a place at a location like this that serves well- prepared, locally-sourced food at a reasonable price. It could so easily have been a tourist trap! My husband had eggs and sausage and I had a... More

My husband and I, along with a friend, enjoyed brunch on Sunday, our first visit since the owners made significant changes in the restaurant. The two men each had a breakfast bowl, which was hearty and which they both said was good. I ordered a blueberry-lemon French toast - not the typical preparation, but somewhat like a baked bread pudding... More

Great fresh, interesting dishes and beautiful view. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I've passed this place many times on my way to a family cabin, but I've never stopped. So glad I did! Would return in a heartbeat.

Extremely friendly and accommodating service. We got the French dip, grilled cheese, and blueberry pancake balls for two adults and one toddler and the three of us ate every last bite. Portions were not huge, which is a good thing, but we were definitely satisfied! Cool spot, worth a drive!

Highly recommend their new Saturday night 5-course dinner. 24 people at one table makes for a fun evening. The food is excellent with all ingredients locally sourced. At our table were the folks who grew the kale for the salad! And to top it off we got to see a stunning sunset over the capacon mountains.

Description
Panorama at the Peak is made unique by our dedication to amazing local, organic New Appalachian cuisine on Capacon Mountain with views unlike any other!

We're a restaurant with a knockout view that's completely dedicated to the tradition of good, whole food. We work within our regional food systems and most of the farms that grow and supply our food are within a 65-mile radius of Panorama at the Peak. To us, it's simple - the fresher the food, the better it tastes! When we can't get it local, we buy USA organic. And if we can't get it local or organic? We don't serve it. Each item on our menu is made from whole, not processed, food and we know each ingredient by heart. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or allergic to certain foods, we can cheerfully accommodate you! Our menu is always changing, a reflection of what is freshest each day. Guest favorites include our signature Dad's Perfect Rueben, Pan Fried Trout, and crisp Kale Salad! It's Panorama's commitment to innovative cuisine that has awarded us a place on WV Executive's 15 favorite restaurants in the state and Slow Food DC's Snail of Approval. Of course, none of this would be possible without a thoughtful staff that is dedicated to fantastic service and an unforgettable experience for each guest.

Call today to make your reservation to enjoy a wonderful meal made from local, organic ingredients and accompanied by unbelievable views of the iconic Overlook in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia!
