My wife and I visited the King Tut this afternoon after a day of fall tree viewing. The waitress came to our car and we placed the order. The Large Hamburger had a home made bun and the toppings was fresh. My wife had the...grilled chicken sandwich which didn’t have much flavor. We also ordered a piece of the Apple pie which was good. Also we ordered a pizza to take home and it was great with fresh cheese and lots of toppings. The service was fast and friendly. These types of drive inn restaurants are going to the way side quickly with the big box store eateries. This was a piece of Nostalgic history visit and brought back memories of days past. The service was great and with good honest food, no wonder the little drive inn is still going strongMore

Thanks Rick! We are not 100% happy with grilled chicken breast either but it's the best we can source right now. If you are traveling a long way, you could order the pizza unbaked so that it will be fresh when you bake it later....More

Tried this place based on the reviews and let’s say I was extremely disappointed. Tried the Pizza Burger and it wasn’t worth it. I kept thinking where is the beef? The hamburger had hardly any meat to it and it was mostly pizza sauce. Paid...almost 7 dollars for the burger plus tator tots which for the size of burger I got was way overpriced.More

The Pizza Purger was $4.05 and the tots were $2.15. The hamburger in the sandwich was a 3oz fresh, unfrozen hamburger patty. We recently had to raise the price a nickel because hamburger (meat) prices have gone up all over the US. Covid in Meatpacking...More

I had heard about this place for years, and finally decided to give it a try when I was back in town. I cannot believe it took me so long to try this place. The burgers were fantastic, as was the loaded baked potato. We...also ended up with four if the deserts and LOVED everyone of them. We will be headed back soon!More

It's typical drive in type food. Due to COVID, all orders were take away only. I HIGHLY recommend the milkshakes. Guaranteed to bring all the boys to the yard!

I'd never been to a drive-in before and wanted to check it out - it's very cool! They have a giant neon sing out front so you can't miss it. Ordering is easy, and they have tons of options. I ordered cheese sticks and a...hot dog - it was pretty good! Service was quick. If I'm ever driving through the area again, I'll return.More

Sunday night at 7:30. Not too crowded, but took 30 minutes to get food. Got food to go and then when we got where we were going, had no utensils to eat food. Hard to eat a salad without a fork. Also got a steak...sandwich, which was more chopped steak/burger than actual steak. Wasn’t horrible, but would not come back.More

Sorry about the service last night. We had an emergency with an ill employee while you were there and had to devote staff to handle it. Remember, though you can turn your lights on for service. The steak sandwich is actually chopped steak, not hamburger....More

They have all of the old drive-in foods as well as meal options. The food is reasonable priced and it was excellent. Parking is somewhat cramped, but is manageable. Well worth the stop.

Everything is made fresh and is delivered to your vehicle hot. They have the best pizza with polish sausage. The king cheeseburger is put on a homemade bun. The hush puppies are a meal on their own. Everything is delicious.

My husband and I love to find places to eat while on our travels that are memorable. We saw the King Tut Drive-In on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try. My husband had their pan fried chicken liver plate and I had...the fried chicken plate, which were both delicious, and came with salads, choice of potatoes, and a homemade roll that was yum-o. We were in our Ford F-250, and pulled into one of the covered parking spaces without any problem. The carhop took our order and told us it would take a bit for our dinners to be prepared. They bring your meal out on a tray that sits on the window of your vehicle. We would definitely eat there again when passing through! There is a lot of traffic passing by the drive in, so turning north on 19 might involve a wait, but we were going south, so we had no problem.More
