We have been going to Miners for years! If we drive through Yakima, we stop at Miners! When we first started going 20+ years ago, it was a little drive up shop. It has since morphed into a huge family-sport team- traveler oasis. The burgers are huge and tasty as are the orders of fries. Come with a giant appetite... More

Always stop in when visiting family in Yakima. Gigantic burgers, tons of fires and about any flavor milkshake you might want. Lotsa of new menu options but not for our bunch.

I have gone here since I was a little girl. Our favorite treat was to all pile in the car and go to the drive in. At that time in the 50's it was only a drive in. I moved a way a long tI'm ago, but when I go home to visit family we always go here. The burgers... More

These are gourmet burgers in a drive in setting. Large portions! I had a cheeseburger (lots of cheese to choose from!) and the largest order of delicious, warm, perfectly salted fries I have eaten in years. Sat outside under the trees and the ladies that delivered our food were very professional and friendly. No doubt about it, when I am... More

I have eaten here twice. My first experience was better than today's but, still, it wasn't anything to write home about. Average and pricey. Today, for $18.25, I got a cold 'Big Miner' burger, a big pile of cool, hard fries and a coffee shake too thick to draw through a straw. This was at 11AM, before the lunch rush... More

Dined with friends for lunch the first of August and had a great burger! I always order the big minor. Two weeks later I took grandkids for dinner. I don't know what they did differently but it was only ok. Fries are always great!

Stopped over with a group of friends after coming to Yakima for hardware supplies. We had a variety of their burgers and the awesome milk shakes. Good service, family friendly too. Able to eat inside or outdoors. Outdoors is a group area that had a birthday party when we arrived. When you get your burger, you had better hold on... More

Miner's Drive-in Restaurant or Miner's as we call it here has been in the area for several years and is still going strong. Miner's sits not far off of Interstate 82 near the Valley Mall and is well worth stopping in for a great burger and tots. But you better come hungry. Miner's is well known for their LARGE hamburgers.... More

Used to live in Yakima and all locals know about have been multiple times to Miner's. The fry sauce is outstanding and you'll get too many fries to eat with your meal. Burgers are similarly tasty and I LOVE the chocolate & marshmallow shake. There are other menu options for the non-burger lovers in your group, too. Great atmosphere and... More
