The Twisted Cuban Cafe is home to many delightful menu items and cocktails. The Mojito's are a minty masterpiece and the Empanadas on the starter menu have a wonderful crispy dough outside and seasoned beef inside. Perfect. Plus all the Cuban sandwich offerings are great.

Across between retro funky and up scale cafe, this little place is a gem. Service was friendly and attentive and the food...bravo!!! We split the Monster Cuban with yuca fries and garlic aioli. Plenty for two but we were fighting over the crumbs. The owner was raised in Havana and knows his Cuban food! Coming back without a doubt.

After a few wineries tasting really good wine, we needed lunch. The monster cuban sandwich was amazing! I decided to try the yuca fries and they were also very good. I would go again and again.

We went for a meal and thoroughly enjoyed some tasty picadilla sauce (tomatoes, onions, olives, garlic) over ground beef and the roasted chicken dish. They have great appetizers including fried cassava with garlic aioli sauce and fried plantains and sweet plantains (maduras). My friend's mojito was nicely prepared as well. On Saturdays they have salsa dancing! Be sure to check... More

I had the pleasure of visiting this little restaurant three times with friends, while we lived in the Seattle Eastside. My favorite item is the Ropa Vieja (shredded beef roasted in salsa criolla sauce), served with Moro (black beans and rice) and Tostones (twice-fried green plantains). Cuban food was new to me, but I found it was simple and very... More

We really enjoyed the food here. My favorite was the yucca fries and black bean soup. We also enjoyed the Bistec Palomino and Pork sandwich. Recommend!

After living in Florida for almost 20 years I learned to love Cuban food. And I miss it here in Washington where is rare to you find anything Cuban. A friend recommended this restaurant and I was honestly a bit skeptical at first but went with an open mind. So glad I did! Food was delicious, I personally loved the... More

What a fun discovery for a Saturday evening. This restaurant was a bar with Cuban sandwiches etc until a year ago. Expanding to a full service restaurant the service was a bit slow but the mojitos and Cuban food was delicious. I ate shredded beef which was delightful. Everyone really enjoyed their food. The flan dessert was well worth the... More

I've driven past this place every week for a few years and my wife and I finally tried it. I was a little apprehensive based on the mixed reviews. Based on one visit, were are very happy. We started with a mojito. They might be the best I've ever had. For dinner I had the ropa vieja -- the beef... More
