Short wait for our reserved table, but staff gave us updates and got us seated as quickly as possible. Server was friendly and accommodating. Our brunch was beyond delicious, and service was fast, even though they were busy. The space is inviting, with expansive windows overlooking the gardens and an open fireplace near the bar. Wonderful experience!

I dined here for a special evening with my mom. I love fine dining and had heard so many great things about Barking Frog. We were not starving as we had happy hour at Willows so we started with the main course. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and so attentive. I ordered the duck and my mom ordered the scallops.... More

We stayed at Willows Lodge and we were able to try several items from the Barking Frog on their "Happier Menu" on Saturday night. We had their smoked brisket sliders and the cheese flight. Their cheese was delicious and came with the perfect accoutrements to enhance each cheese! It was the perfect portion of each sample. Don't miss their music... More

We were in for Sunday brunch so the place was packed and noisy, which is about average for Sunday brunches. The complimentary bread was a nice touch and mighty tasty. Folks in our party ordered a variety of salads and burgers and most seemed well pleased. The wrap was especially nice. The biscuits and gravy, not so much. I should... More

This a delightful restaurant with a creative menu, delicious food, friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. Prices are on the slightly higher side but this restaurant is in wine country after all and near a high end lodge.

All items from Beet Salad to Prawns Salad to Pork Chop we very much enjoyed. All of the above were very creatively prepared however timing was a bit slow ...skip the butter cake with cinnamon ice cream

Wonderful service, delicious food! Bobby the chef is a real gem! Great for special occasions! Vast vine list but not snobbish.

OK, so I'm talking about breakfast. Stayed at the Lodge, came over for breakfast a couple of days. Never did the evening dinner - the menu seemed pretentious. I'm not a foodie. If you are, probably the place for you. So this review is breakfast only. EXCESSIVE. WAY EXCESSIVE. The capital letters are a clue. The portion sizes are made... More

Barking Frog never never disappoints--even on Christmas Eve. My husband and I started this tradition of eating out on Christmas Eve when our oven broke and realized that eating out was less stressful and more fun! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave the Barking Frog is a great experience. The menu features many... More
