A group of us stopped off for lunch and had great BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, burgers, and Brauts with fresh sweet potato fries and herb fries. The food tasted great and service was good.

I had the best mushroom teriyaki burger I've ever had. Sauce was somewhat sweet. Had to wait in line because even on a Monday the place was busy.

Went at 5:30 midweek in October and was surprised to find a waiting list already. We did, though, get seated within the time frame they had advised, which was 20 minutes. The best part of the experience was the brown ale. As for food, the sausage I had was good, but my wife's fish and chips was not. Service was... More

Thanks for your feedback, and we are happy you enjoyed our beer and food. We consistently get rated highly on our cod fish and chips, which we hand batter daily in a house-made beer batter and light-panko covering. We are sorry your wife didn't enjoy them, but look forward to welcoming you back next time you are in town. More

We were traveling through Winthrop and stopped here for dinner. Busy place but service was decent. Hamburger was great. Would recommend.

What a wonderful thing it is to read about your waitress having her baby in tow while serving quests! Supporting working moms is a beautiful thing and you're setting a great example for the community and helping the mom meet her baby's needs! Way to Go!

Our family have enjoyed eating at Old Schoolhouse for many years! The hamburgers are amazing and the riverside dining is absolutely delightful. The new owners have really upped the family friendliness of the restaurant. We often bring our kids with spouses and grandkids. Seeing our hostess nursing her baby makes my daughter and daughters-in-law so comfortable meeting the needs of... More

Stopped in for the first time. Food was satisfactory and within an acceptable price range. I would like the owner to realize what a gem they have in waitress Barbara. She was attentive to our needs, checked on us frequently and an overall sweetheart. Thanks for making our visit enjoyable.

I love being able to support small businesses that support working families by allowing mom to bring young babies to work. I look forward to eating here every time I'm in town!

We visited here on a drizzly Saturday afternoon with another retired couple. It was cozy and friendly inside, although a bit noisy. My husband really enjoyed the Epiphany Pale Ale, and he is hard to please! Our meals were all tasty, from burgers to wraps to my roasted veggie quesadilla with guacamole.

Went here with friends and their young children. We were warmly greeted by the hostess - and her baby. She made us feel right at home. Delicious food, great service. Perfect choice for unwinding Saturday evening after a fabulous hike in the Methow valley. Beautiful views of the river from the deck - and live jazz! Lots of positive energy... More

This family-friendly, riverside brewery and gastropub serves a plethora of award-winning beers that perfectly compliment our delicious, local food. Nestled in the foothills of the North Cascades National Park, this destination brewery is a gem of a discovery in every season. We regularly feature live music and are the thriving heartbeat of the Methow Valley. At OSB, our focus is on quality ingredients--the choicest hops, perfectly malted grains, and our famously delicious Winthrop water, all overseen by our award winning Head Brewer, Kyle Koger. At OSB, we are more than just about the beer. We bring the community together, so authentic connections can be made. Come discover for yourself! While you're here, be sure to say hi to our new owners--Jacob, Nathan & Troy! We can't wait to get to know you. Cheers--" A full list of where we sell our ales outside of the Methow Valley can be found on our website.
