We had breakfast here two days in a row. Good service, good coffee and great omelet with our chosen ingredients. Everything was hot and fresh. My husband had the biscuit one day and would not recommend that because they make them once a week--so if...More

Nice Saloon with food. The Special of the day is always a good choice. I love the nachos with beef and a mack and Jack!

Winthrop has a labor shortage. nobody wants a seasonal job and the kids would rather stay home. Service here is usually crappy, extra long wait, waitresses that are simply too busy etc. Food can be pretty good depending on what you eat.

Great food, friendly service. Prices within medium range. The downside is the slow ticket time from the kitchen. We will definitely return.

We tried a SW salad and a Caesar with chicken. Good food, fast refills of Iced Tea, it was a very busy weekend with Jazz fest so because of that the service was very good. Shared a 8-top with two other groups, no errors with...More

Went for dinner on a busy Friday night. The place was packed and we shared a table with strangers, which was fine. But the service was really slow. Seemed under staffed for a Friday night with a big festival in town.

On a Monday night, this was one of the few places open in Winthrop, which is a small Western style town in Northern Washington. The restaurant was about 1/2 full when we sat down (seat-yourself) and the bar was relatively full in the next room...More

Jack's(as the locals know it)is open every day YEAR ROUND(except for a few holidays) at 7am, to serve breakfast(breakfast weekends only in off season), lunch and dinner. The restaurant side is family friendly and can easily accommodates group gatherings. Great burgers and steaks, homemade soups and pies. Known for our lunch specials, towering plate of nachos and homemade habenero ketchup sauce. Thursday night Steak Night has been a local favorite for over 20 years. Veggie items too and a gluten free adaptable menu.

A guaranteed good time.Jack's is a fun old west saloon and touted as being the oldest legal saloon in the state of Washington so don't miss it! Cocktails, microbrews, 9 beers on tap, pool tables, flat screens and big screen TV's to watch your favorite sporting events.

We are the PROUD sponsors of the annual Snowshoe Softball tournament held every February.
