Stopped while walking the riverfront trail and grabbed a fabulous individual pear galette. Crust was flaky and filling perfectly arranged and baked to perfection. They serve Blue Star coffee, my hubby’s favorite.

Looking for quick breakfast and found these folks in the Pybus Market building. Quiche crust to rival my moms. Croque Monsieur with yummy gruyere cheese. Super friendly service willing to do it your way. Really like this place. Oh yes and the coffee is worthy too.

This was the only shop that was open at 8:15am on a Tuesday morning when we tried to visit the market. Got a pecan bar to go and around noon time I decided to try it. OMG! If I could give this a 10 bubble I would. Fabulous. Highly recommend

We ate lunch at the Cafe Columbia Bakery. The sandwiches were fine, but I was disappointed that they are a bakery, but they use store bought bread for their sandwiches. The bread on two of our sandwiches was dried out, which was doubly bad. Other than that, the food and the service were good.

Nice place for a sandwich. Different taste then we are used to, but very good. We had a Rueben and a Grinder with side salad.

Pybus indoors is wonderful- one of my favorite Wenatchee spots- but the outdoor patio was just perfect for today’s lunch with a friend! We ordered the curry chicken wrap, cob salad with balsamic dressing, and a lemon bar and shared all. Everything was absolutely delicious. So many more wonderful-sounding dishes on the menu! Aside from having our food delivered, we didn’t see a server. I went inside to refill our waters and then again to get a second fork and knife. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back!

As I waited in line to order, I noticed the young lady taking orders (Lo, short for Logan), greeted each customer like they were a long lost friend. It really made the wait worth it. Her coworker was friendly as well. My sister and I enjoyed our BLTs , however I wouldn’t go with my rye bread choice again. I don’t eat a lot of rye and noticed that taste more. Easy access close to the middle of the mall. I definitely would go back, and would hope Lo would be at the counter.

They catered an event for us. They showed up on time and set everything up then came and checked on things. The sandwiches and wraps got rave reviews from our group. The sandwiches were full of meat, lettuce, tomato, etc. No skimping. We loved it.

I was on my own for lunch so i went to the Pybus Public Market and looked at the choices and Cafe Columbia looked good. I ordered a latte and a tuna melt and sat outside. Soon my latte arrived and it was very smooth and good. My sandwich was good, but now I know that I am not a big fan of Lemon Dill with tuna. My fault. I would go back and their desserts definitely looked great.

Went to Pybus Market for first time to have coffee and breakfast at the Pybus Bistro, but they aren't open until 11:30. Alas, Cafe Columbia is next door and wife and I will go there instead. Oh, they have lox special... perfect, I'm thinking. "Sorry, kitchen doesn't open until 9:00". "Alright, we'll have coffee and (microwave) quiche... free refills on the coffee I ask?" "Yes", is her response. Coffee served in paper cups even though we're eating there seemed strange enough, but when wife gets me a refill, no problem; when I get a refill on the way out, I get attitude. "There is only one free refill!" yells the first waitress as a second waitress/cook hands me the coffee. I am taken aback by the response, not only that she tracks the first refill to me by the fact that she apparently watched my wife put cream in the coffee before she brings it back to the table, but by the fact that ms. coffee cop isn't tracking two coffees two refills. After I say "keep it then" second waitress/cook says "let's just let is go this time". I am tempted to say to coffee cop "why don't you just use this in your next coffee enema?", but I just take the coffee and walk off. Oh, one star for food and one star for coffee. -3 stars for attitude. Now after this long drawn out story about the anal retentive coffee cop, do you think I will EVER be back? Stay tuned...

Roger, I apologize that your experience at our cafe wasn’t as expected. I spoke with everyone involved in your visit and have communicated the following: Our policy regarding refills is 1 per visit but it is certainly not set in stone .. customer experience is paramount. The policy is in place for a reason but it’s only to be followed strictly when the offering is being abused. Not the case in your visit. Our bakery manager refilled your cup whilst our barista reminded her of the policy. That was unnecessary and my understanding is that the cup was filled and our manager tried to make it right. Regarding paper cups .. the majority of our customers prefer paper cups as they usually take their remaining coffee with them after having a bite. We have ceramic cups for customers and would have certainly served your drink in one had we known it was your preference.

My husband stopped for lunch at the Mall for lunch. We had the Smoked Salmon Chowder and an Italian type sandwich. Very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Love the atmosphere of the mall with all the small shops, food venues and artisans. We stopped here before on one of our trips and will certainly make this a stop again in the future.

The Columbia Cafe, located inside Pybus Market, is a great place to meet for coffee or grab a bite to eat. My personal fav is the toasted bagel with lox ($7). Yum! In the summer, linger with friends over iced tea on the deck out back with a view of the mighty Columbua River. Heaven!
