Tastebuds is an overlooked dinner place in a strip mall in Wenatchee! A wall of wines, most of them from local wineries! Excellent pizzas and pastas. Full service bar also. The staff is very attentive and have food suggestions that always seem to be just what we wanted! Dimmed lighting makes for a romantic setting.

The atmosphere is dark and cozy with wine bottles on the walls. Good draft beer selection and we enjoy the pizzas. This is one of our favorite places in town.

A good dinner for 3. Had some local wines. Great pizza! A lot of competition for this place, being next to Jimmy John's and Garlini's Pizza. Make the right choice and come to Tastebuds. It's more than a coffee shop!

We have been going to Tastebuds for few years and considered it a favorite - unril this evening. We were a party of 4. Two of us ordered prime rib, one ordered their sirloin steak and another chicken piccatta. We shared their fondue (excellant ) ! Then came the meal, that is when it all went down hill. I cut (with difficulty) into my prime rib, put a small piece into my mouth and chewed , chewed and chewed some more. . . I looked over at our friend who also also had it. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said, "tough". I agreed ! She tried several bites, I tried one more - nope, could not do it. It was dry, tough and thoroughly not edible. She agreed. We asked for our waitress. I sent mine back. The other one was allowed to go home to her dog. Both were reluctantly removed from the bill. My 10 year old then give me her steak and said "try this". I did and found it to be dry and even more tough than the prime rib. I sent it back also and requested it also be removed. The waitress at that point became quite rude and said she could removed another meal. I told her she could if it could not be eaten (my daughter had eaten nothing from the plate other than the small piece of steak). The waitress did remove half the cost of that meal. I will not be back - ever ! The waitress could have handled that so much better and with more diplomacy. Left the restaurant still hungry (the glass of water I had was not real filling). Got a burger on way home. . . . . Guess I will go back to Wild Huckleberry next time.

This is a hidden gem that I have driven by several times without noticing because it is in a strip mall type of building. I have a lovely latte and a decent pizza. The atmosphere here is cozy and the seating options are fun. I didn't think my food was great or exceptional, but it was good enough to go back for the atmosphere and some good wine. Service is great but food just so-so.

We had dined at this establishment a number of times in the last couple years, so much that our favorite menu items were known by some of the staff. We considered Tastebuds a “go to” restaurant to take friends land family to for a good meal and wine. On our last visit, we ordered our favorite items on the menu. Shortly after we returned home, my wife stated that she was not feeling well. Had I known how ill she was over night, I’d have insisted on going to the ER. It took a number of days for her to begin feeling well. During that recovery period, she called and spoke to a staff member at the restaurant and told her what had happened. The staff member promised a return call by the manager or owner as neither was there at the time. That call, has never happened. Had she received that call, we may have returned. We both realize that accidents happen, especially with seafood. Regardless, I feel the lack of concern shown, says a lot. We will not dine there again, nor can I recommend this restaurant.

They have discontinued they fish and chips, anything and chips. Limited sandwich options. All served with only a handful of cold potato chips. We didnt get much for our money. This place used to be a favorite. We will be finding a new one. Service is still excellent.

I have been here 3-4 times.. and everything (every time) has been literally - AWESOME. Flavors of the fresh ingredients make their dishes even better than you think its going to be. Today I got the Cilantro Lime something salad (pictured above actually!) It was SO so good. Last time I got their summer special spinach salad which had blueberries and blackberries ~ I don't remember what else, but it was simply delicious. I've gone once for dinner and it was equally divine. Their wine selection is clearly wonderful, as you walk in you see the huge selection of bottles across the entire north wall. Locally owned, and I can't wait to go back!

This is one of my favorite eateries in the Wenatchee area. The food is always consistently good and the service is terrific. The wine selection is also very impressive. It's a fun place for a luncheon or a couples night out. You can't go wrong with any of the items on the menu. I'm looking forward to trying the Sunday brunch.

We decided to try this place after our "preppy" friends urged us to join them. Entering, we found it just a bit ostentatious. We were wrong! The wait staff is excellent and the atmosphere was fantastic! They are very open to moving tables around to accommodate any size party and they even had live music that was relaxing and enjoyable. The food was very good, even though just a bit pricey. They had a huge wine selection, and even though we don't drink, our friends said it was excellent and reasonable. Don't let the first impressions of this place fool you, it is very comfortable and a nice place to meet friends and family. I recommend the steak salad and pizza!

Been awhile since I have been here, used to come quite often. Stopped in today for lunch. I love the feeling you get here....it's comfortable. There's a fireplace with comfy chairs around if you want to sip and chat, a whole wall of wine...great selection, wooden table and chairs in the main eating area, metal out in the bright enclosed patio section. It just has a warm and comfortable feel. I ordered a hot bowl of mushroom bisque soup (they had three different soups to choose from) and the caprese salad. The soup was thick and rich and ever so tasty. The salad included thick slices of mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil, and a great balsamic vinaigrette. Cassy was my waitress and she was friendly and efficient. Nice to be met with a smile and a welcome. Tastebuds also has a strong wifi signal. I heartily recommend Tastebuds Coffee and Wine.

Had lunch with a friend here at Tastebuds. The service was good and the food was good. The interior felt warm and cozy. While we weren't drinking wine, they had a whole wall of wine.
