I frequently visit the Blue Rooster. I love the atmosphere, the people, and of course the coffee! It is a great place to just sit and enjoy a coffee and a maple bar (the "best maple bars in the universe") for a while. I highly recommend the Blue Rooster. They also have a lunch menu.

We had another wonderful experience at the Blue Rooster recently. As before, we found the food remarkable...the panini sandwiches (Bruce's specialty) are a filling and tasty treat for lunch along with either a cup of coffee, a Chocolate Bradley (my personal favorite), a Chai or one of their blended creations!! Artwork had again been updated since our last visit featuring... More

The Blue Rooster is one of a kind. We stopped there on May 28th, in between rain storms. The friendliest couple and the best breakfast panini we have ever eaten. It's great to visit a place where you get really good food and pleasant conversation. Wish we had one like it where we live. If your are through Waterville before... More

The Blue Rooster offers an array of delectable FRESH baked goods, including dynamite artisan bread and a superb breakfast sandwich. In addition, Bruce's coffee is absolutely the best I have ever had! A cozy and homey atmosphere gives the visitor a warm feeling no matter what the season, but the warmth of the wood stove in the winter makes a... More

The Blue Rooster is an experience not to be missed. A bakery owned/operated by Bruce & Cathy Clark in a 100 yr old building . . .the sandwiches, coffe and homemade breads are amazing. Service is excellent and the atmosphere welcoming. Artwork changes frequently, Wi-fi available and MAX, the bakery cat, will wander through to check you out as you... More

Whenever I visit Waterville I spend time in this cozy, friendly bakery. The coffee is excellent, and the cinnamon rolls are an absolute delicacy. Owner Cathy Clark is a gifted baker which is obvious when any of her goodies are sampled. She expecially has a knack for baking bread, as most of the Waterville residents are aware. Bruce Clark, Cathy's... More

Great atmosphere in a small rural town. This place reminds me of the coffee places in Portland (only not so busy this time of year). It' good french press coffee, choices for sweets or breakfast pannini, fun decor and artwork on the walls, tables for hangin' out or to connect with Wi-Fi.

Ron and I have been here three times now and plan on going back many, many more times. They are very congenial and fun to visit. Their sourdough crumpet bread and maple bars are delicious. The bakery is next to a very nice park and in a very relaxing atmosphere. We would recommend "THE BLUE ROOSTER TO ALL" . They... More
