It's all about the atmosphere here, a relic from the Silver Screen age designed to look like Medieval pub by some stage designer in the 1930's. I love that they kept it so authentic all these years, Be sure to peek into the charming bungalow village behind the restaurant.

On our return trip to the Hood Canal area, we had to stop again at this pub and enjoy their delicious beer and entrees. My wife tried the steamer clams and a glass of white wine, and I chose a half-rack of ribs and a pint of Irish Death stout. We recommend both the pub and the resort if you’re... More

We were staying at RH and came in for a quick drink before doing some walking and such. A nice bar, great staff, good people to hang out with and chat with locals.

The outside of the restaurant does not make you think it is 5 stars but the menu was definitely 5 stars. Wow. It was incredible. I also loved the garden with all the flowers.

We were staying at this resort so ate dinner here, and it was very nice. Copious - plenty of food, good, and good service. Waiter charming and helpful. We looked out over the trees on a slightly rainy evening, still daylight; nice atmosphere.

I received a $50 food voucher with a groupon i purchased for staying in the adjacent lodge and boy this was a great deal! I would recommend this for anyone visiting this area. They had great local seafood offerings as well as a great piece of beef on the menu.

Oh I'm already dreaming of getting another plate of ribs like I had last week. The meat fell off the bone and it tasted oh so great. I loved the spice that the chef used. Not too strong nor too salty. I highly recommend you try this little jewel on the Hood Canal- you won't be disappointed!

This USED to be our favorite restaurant...not anymore. New Management took away the most fabulous lemon drop prawns...yes, they are still there with the same name...but, they are NOT the same recipe. The new version is DRY not moist and covered with sauce like they used to be. What a shame to toy with a recipe that was undoubtedly one... More

Service was awful, and food wasn't much better. Oysters were room temp, cod had fishy smell, and chicken pasta dishes were salty. Had to ask for bread. Wine list very limited and expensive for otherwise cheap wine. The only redeeming dish was the lemon drop prawns. Server didn't check-in after chef served meals, and no offer for beverage refill. Won't... More

Thank you for great service and for food worth writing about. We were greeted by Robin, our waitress. She made us feel invited as a guest not a patron. The outdoor seating area is exactly what we were looking for. We ordered the Lemon Drop prawns that are gf, and the bruschetta. Both absolutely amazing. While sitting there, we had... More
