Went there again for our anniversary and it was excellent. The Merlot wine was great, the crab cake appetizer was very tasty. Flat iron steak on top of the polenta was just how mom used to make it too. If you have the fish on top of the bean stuff... it wasn't our favorite. Switch it to polenta and you... More

This is a great date spot. Has some of my favorite steak in town. Good beer too. Can have a nice dinner with appetizer, desert and a drink for around $100.

I love this place. We went for the three course meal with our friends. Shrimp, chicken and beef all cooked to perfection. The corn and other side dishes were great. To top it off for desert I loved the strawberry rhubarb tart was fricking awesome! Service was great and they don't rush like some other places.

If you love grilled foods with interesting sauces and seasonings this is the place for you. While it's high energy and can be a bit loud the food is superb and wine and beer excellent.

This is a great place for a casual family dinner or business meeting. Asado has a laid back vibe with a formal flare! We stares at the bar and moved to a table. The transfer over was smooth. The food options offered someone for everyone. Desserts are made inhouse and they are phenomenal!!

Highly recommend as an experience. The service was unbelievably top notch. The atmosphere, while on the louder side was only due to conversation and after a few minutes you become accustomed. We had the Asado experience which was a dinner for four family style. It was recommended by the waiter. Each course was served family style and included a little... More

Love this place. Great margaritas and always excellent food. Must have the quinoa salad. All the steaks are great. My wife always gets the Lomo. Swiss chard and ceviche are also required items. We have been regulars since they opened and have always had a great meal

Sizzle and smoke define Asado Cucina Argentina, the South Sound's only Argentine-themed steakhouse and a staple restaurant of the trendy Sixth Avenue dining district. Heady smoke wafts from the display kitchen where chefs sear beef over a mesquite grill. Low lighting is moody by night, bright and beautiful by day because of the expansive garage doors that roll up in the summertime, spilling diners onto Sixth Avenue. A mural evokes pastoral Argentina. Metalwork and heavy doses of deep-hued wood create a rustic urban palette. Social by design, with a large chef's table straddling the display kitchen. Bench booth seating connects diners to neighbors, but without being overly intrusive. The word "asado" means a gathering of friends for a grill party - the Argentine equivalent of an American patio barbecue - and that theme translates into a convivial gathering spot for friends and family. A steakhouse with a flavor-forward menu with preparations licked with smoke and sophistication.
