If you can't find a beer you like here then it probably means you don't like beer. Great selection on tap. Every time I go there is something new to try and the bar staff gives great recommendations. Food is great and there is shuffleboard. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Tacoma

This place makes a very good cheeseburger. Wanted to get that out there before I rhapsodize over their awesome love affair with Keg beer. They have an awesome, downright legendary, love affair with the keg. Exotic fresh on-tap beers from all over have been, will be, and currently are being poured there to lure you in. Great friendly staff there... More

Bar food good, service reliable. Nice interior, there must be several hundred beer taps on display. This place is a good representation of a North Tacoma bar. Shuffleboard, pool. Booths plus bar and table service. Parking can be a challenge. Good to walk ftom Wright Park, TG.

Attended there for dinner before a play at Tacoma Little Theater, across the street. It is a charming place to meet friends. The burgers were outstanding and the staff super friendly. This is a small intimate bar.

A long list of drinks at a place that feels like walking in your own front door. Great food options. A local hangout and not so touristy although just a hop and skip from 6th ave. simple and straight forward. Reasonable prices.

Parkway is a Tacoma treasure. Great atmosphere, above average pub food and excellent, extensive craft beer selection. The staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere neighborly. The food is great but took a long time to arrive. Hopefully a fluke day. We will certainly go back.

We went here for a brew and did not know what we might find food-wise. It was a pleasant surprise. The burger, soup, and chili were very good. Too bad they don't offer fries instead of chips. Beer selection is amazing.

Bumped into this pub while walking in the neighborhood and was surprised to learn how long this establishment had been here. What a historical gem! Enjoyed lunch on a Sat: burger & chips and chicken burger & salad. Very cordial and attentive service. There's a pool table and games in the back room as well as a small rentable separate... More

I discovered this gem the first time back in 2001 when I met a friend here for a beer. We both lived in different cities and she suggested a mid point. I was so impressed by the history that this Tavern had not just in the neighborhood but for the City itself. Lined along the walls you can read how... More

Friends brought me to this fun beer haven. Appeared to be around 25 taps of largely northwest goodness. They will hook you up with samples if you ask...not sure if they do sampler flights or not. I had the chili which was great and very filling. Great vibe in there and I LOVED the tap handles hanging from the rafters!... More
