I've been to the location in Minneapolis many moons ago and had never tried the Tacoma location until tonight. I loved it. The staff was so friendly and efficient. The new space on Pacific is really cool. They moved the old street car and exposed the ceiling, which gives it an old building charm. The food is good- the portions... More

My husband and I have been to many of the Spaghetti Factories in many cities. We always have a great meal at a very reasonable price. Last night we visited the new Old Spaghetti Factory in Tacoma, WA. The menu has been updated and I throughly enjoyed the Chicken Picata. This is the first one that was housed in a... More

I was expecting it to be located in the historical brick building I remembered but dismayed to be directed to a modern business building. parking in garage and elevator was a little annoying. Once inside decor was familiar quirky. Service was half hearted and it was awkward when manager came out to verify my guests' order of gluten free pasta... More

I recently visited with a friend at their new location at 13th and Commerce at lunchtime during the week. I was glad to see they still had the trolley car and the same basic decor as their old Jefferson location. Fast and friendly service even in the midst of the lunchtime rush. Very nice server! The chilled salad plate was... More

We had a good lunch. It is a chain restaurant and it's for pasta so nothing special but a good. Good kids menu. Fast and friendly service.

If it wasn't for our friendly waiter the trip would have been a bust. The young woman at the front desk was unpleasant to say the least. The food was only ok. And the new location is a bit too fancy for the menu. Prices reflect the costs of the move. Won't be going back.

While on vacation last week my husband and I stopped here with 3 of our kids. We were all so excited to eat here but by the time we finally got out of there we were hugely disappointed. Now I would like to point out that it was fairly busy for a Thursday night. It took forever to get our... More

Met with our family and out of town visitors. Usual good dinner. Everyone was able to have what they wanted, even the kids with Mac and Cheese (go figure). Many good signature pasta dishes all for a reasonable price. Great atmosphere. Have moved to a new location since our last visit. Right in the center of downtown with free parking... More

Our family tradition is choosing where to go to dinner on your birthday. My daughter chooses Spaghetti Factory almost every year. I've not been a huge fan in years past when it was at the old location. Almost always a wait, super noisy, restrooms inconvenient. The food was usually good though and the prices decent. That all changed when they... More

They have moved to Pacific Avenue into a beautiful new space. They still have the train car in the middle (this is where we sat for dinner). The food is delicious!
