this place is horrible. the man at the counter was incredibly rude. my family and i used to always go here for our teriyaki and i live in a family of 8. the service was a 6/10 back then and the employees were not nice...but not rude. they want you out of the restaurant quick. my families and my own along with my friends experiences with this teriyaki place has become horrendous. for the past few months, the service has become alright to absolutely terrible. the employees are horribly rude. they always forget to give food to you like salads or extra sauces and you can leave without all your purchased food. i have dealt with this for months and never went back to complain. i have learned to always check your bag for ALL your food before you leave. i went back ONE time to ask for my salads on my order and i ordered multiple boxes for my family. i go back with my girlfriend and she asks for the missing salad and the man at the counter was incredibly rude and reluctantly gave one salad. ONLY ONE. absolutely refused to give more. we were polite to him and he was horrible to us as customers. after we left with the salad, we come home to find that they gave my sister spicy chicken when we ordered regular chicken and we call the place. the man picks up and is super rude over the phone and tells us to come back with the food. we had to waste our gas going back twice, a total of 3 times to the place and he rudely takes our food away and throws it away in front of us and goes in the back for a few minutes and brings us the regular chicken and rudely gives it us like its our fault they got our order wrong. the regular chicken was a dollar cheaper and we ask him politely for the dollar and he just says he will give us sauces and didn't give us a chance to reply no and brings us soy sauce which we don't like and we politely said we would prefer the dollar. he reaches into the tip jar and pulls out a dollar and shoves it in my face and its not a paper dollar which there was a few, it was 4 quarters and also didn't give us back the 10% tax from the extra dollar. he shoves it in my face and says "Never come back" and mumbles a few things i didn't understand. they blame the customer for their mistakes and this isn't a business that should be allowed to continue. NEVER GO HERE!!! the service is HORRIBLE and the food is not good enough for the horrible way they treat you as customers. there are many other places to go and they act like they are the only ones. i wish i could give 0 stars to this terrible place.More
We ate here on 12/18 & 12/31. This place is always so busy. The food is good but when it’s super busy it takes awhile to get your food but it’s pretty good. Our teriyaki chicken was over cooked and some parts burnt.(this was the...order when we ate there one 12/18. The food we ordered to go was much better on New Years Eve and yes we will be back when we are in town.More
One of our places we have to stop by to eat while in town from Alaska. This time the chicken was over cooked but I’m sure if I told them i probably would have gotten another order to replace it. This only happened once and...all the times before the food was so yummy. The portions are so big and every time we go here the place is always so busy! Always people coming in to eat or people picking up food to go. Yes we will be back to eat again when we are back in town.More
No, you won’t find a better teriyaki place. I know it’s high quality ingredients because I’m food sensitive and I had no bad reactions. Whenever I have tried another place since, I’ve been terribly let down and wish I had waited to come here.. other...places suck compared to here, I am not exaggerating.More
While the SeaTac area has a large amount of teriyaki restaurants, a friend of mine who used to live in Tacoma told me I had to go to this specific restaurant. This place has certainly got probably the best chicken teriyaki I have ever tasted!...The teriyaki sauce had been well prepared and I was given a very large portion of food at a great price. You certainly could leave this place full by only spending ten dollars. The egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce were also very good. The staff was very nice and the wait time wasn't very long at all. I definitely will visit this place again if I'm in the area.More
