The salmon was amazing and loved the Ceasar salad. Scallops and shrimp wonderfully prepared. Staff top rate. The window would have a great view of Mt Rainier with sunset BUT the double pane window is fogged!!! Cost few hundred bucks to fix and would be money well spent for diners pleasure.

Hotel and restaurant were full and busy with a conference when I arrived late. Decided on food to go to enjoy in quiet of my amazing room. Huge portions and great food! Although I've stayed at the murano numerous times this was my first time eating at Bite. Glad I did - and will do so from now on!

The place was almost empty on a Saturday night of labor day weekend. The food is very expensive but good. Good service. You don't have much choice if you stay at the Murano

We needed a quick snack and during mid afternoon and Bite was perfect for this. A good Chardoney and appetizers did the trick. Nicely presented and delicious. We ate elsewhere for dinner

My wife were looking for a place to relax and pass the time, enjoy drinks and a relaxed dinner. The valet was the best part, as we got our car parked went in to find the lower bar closed, and the bite bar had a nice couch and comfy area to sit in, and they told us we could not... More

I was staying at the Hotel Murano where the Bite is located on the 4th floor and dined here twice. I did not care for the halibut at all because it was overcooked. I liked the corn chower and the clams on appetizer menu. The wine was a generous pour and good. The servers are very attentive and pleasant and... More

I really enjoyed eating here while staying at the Hotel Murano recently. I was alone and on business, but it was a very pleasant atmosphere and the servers made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I loved the decor and the variety on the menu. There were excellent choices and it was difficult decide which delicious dish to try! I... More

Nice dinner and breakfast. Prices are reasonable for the high end hotel it is located in. Efficient service.
