We've been here many times and the food is always good - usually great! This time I tried their pad thai and while tasty, just wasn't what I was used to (probably because it's not an Asian restaurant.) Nevertheless, everything is always very fresh and the service is pleasant and attentive. The fire pasta is worth driving WAY out of... More

From the time my mother first brought me here with my two young daughters I have been in love with the food. Angry prawns are amazing! Whatever I have chosen off the menu has always been good. And kudos for the smiley face chicken for the kids and a push pop with every kids meal ; )

Just prior to visiting Manito Park, we needed sustenance, so went to Picabu Bistro. It's in kind of a strip mall, but don't let that be a turn off. It's a nice comfy space, with high ceilings, a fair number of tables, and counter seating, plus a couple of tables outside. But the real draw is the food. I don't... More

Not sure how this one slipped past us. Apparently this place has been featured on the food network. Service was great! Shrimp appetizer was very tasty. Couldn't get enough of the sauce/bread. Above average caesar salad. Bistro steak was really good. Defenitely going back.

Once again Picayune delivers. We ordered takeout appetizers and salad to enjoy on a bench at Manito park. Both the combo appetizer and the Caesar salad were plenty for two to share and they tasted great. Included were extra dipping sauces as well as napkins and utensils. Definitely not their first rodeo.

Our favorite restaurant for years. We lived on the Southhill and dined at this local bistro about once a week for lunch or dinner. Portion size is generous; fresh ingredients are used; staff is friendliest in town. We often shared an entree so we could have room for dessert. Local artwork is displayed on walls. We moved to Texas and... More

We stopped by Picabu for a few cocktails and an appetizer. The menu looked small but had many options that caught my eye/looked delicious. We had the prawns and they were great. The services was perfect.

We went to Picabu the other night for a birthday outing. This was the first time we had been and it won't be the last. The waiter appeared quickly to take our orders and before we knew it our food arrived. It was very tasty and the server checked back several times to see if we wanted anything. We decided... More

No matter whether you go to Picabu's weekly or just when company comes, you'll always have freshly prepared salads, soups, burgers, appetizers, and delicious entrees. Picabu is a favorite neighborhood bistro in Spokane. The staff is friendly and prompt . It's a great environment for conversation. Local artist showcase their art on the walls. I haven't tried everything. I get... More
