I wanted to get the 3 girls in my office something nice to cheer them up during a crappy week and a gloomy/rainy day. I googled a place that serves good hot chocolate as one of the girls in the office does not like coffee but loves hot chocolate. I went to Chocolate Apothecary. I was impressed to see that... More

I'm into hot chocolate. Love it. I've had the good, bad, and ugly. The dark hot chocolate drink ranks on the top rung. For this I'd gladly return and go well out of the way for.

I was not impressed very disappointed and the chocolate selection was scarce. I expected jars full of chocolate it should look like an apothecary not just called one

After enjoying a nice lunch at Clinkerdagger's (located in the same suite complex) I wandered into the Chocolate Apothecary. They serve a a variety of coffees and other beverages, and also sell fresh chocolates as well as various packaged treats. I purchased some dark caramels and toffees, all very good, though perhaps a bit pricey. The one young man running... More

Don't let the name fool you. They make really decent coffee here with care and attention. The barista was really friendly and loved to talk about coffee.

This is a fun stop while poking around the Flour Mill. They have gelato, espresso drinks, candy too. The real draw for us was the sipping chocolate. There are drinks with various level of cacao. We had a Qat ( Mayan word) which had 74% cacao so it was a bittersweet flavor. It was amazing.

Great cappuccino (only $2) and the chocolate gelato is excellent (FYI: ice cream legally has a minimum of 10% fat, gelato is made with a greater proportion of whole milk to cream, so it contains more like 5-7% percent fat.). The selection of chocolate bars is disappointing (should be more for a chocolate store) but past that "Strongly recommended"

This place is where you want to go for the chocoholic in your life. I personally like that they sell little bars and tiles so that I can taste a lot of different varieties without having to commit to one (still have yet to find something I don't like!) The chocolate covered cacao beans are my fave but pretty spendy.... More

The most delicious spicy hot chocolate I've ever had. Plus, they sell the chocolate so you can make it at home. Give it a try. I really enjoy it.

An interesting shop with many kinds of chocolate as well as several flavors of gelato. Worth a visit if you like chocolate.
