The atmosphere is bustling and fun. You are having a meal on a stationary train with lots of Spokane history surrounding you. The meals are huge and delicious. They are very easy to share. The service is great and the prices are a little higher than usual diners. You are paying for the experience. Fun stuff!

I found Franks Diner by accident and WOW what a find! Amazing décor (Authentic old luxury train car), fantastic perfectly cooked food, large portions, and friendly staff. I ate there multiple times while on a business trip. The food was much better than other higher priced restaurants in Spokane I tried. The best food by far during my trip.

We were thrilled to stumble across Frank's Diner today, and even more thrilled to get a table after only waiting 20 minutes. What an amazing place this is! My husband and I both love trains, so the setting was perfect. The food was even better. I loved that the big flattop was along one side, so we could watch the... More

I have always loved trains so this being a classic or vintage car is just an addition to the excellent Food they serve here. You often have to be patient or early but to me if you have to wait a bit to enjoy this place it's worth it.

What an absolutely charming and beautiful little diner. Like stepping back in time. It is a beautifully maintained historical railway car diner. Sitting at the counter on little stools watching the cooks make breakfast was like watching a bit of live theatre. Magic! Don't miss it!

The setting was great. If you have a flare for vintage dining cars then you need to stop in for a meal. The service and food were great.

We asked if the roast turkey dinner was prepared in house from real turkey not pressed and was assured it was. And it probably was, then it was sliced and frozed and tasted old, with gravy made from a powder - yuck. The broccoli was good though and the biscuits too. But to me you don't throw sliced turkey on... More
