There is often a wait involved for breakfast at Frank's at either of their two locations, but it is well worth it! Frank's Diner at the North end of town is most convenient to us and has become one of our favorite stops whenever we visit Spokane. The novelty of sitting in a refurbished dining car of a train never... More

Sat at the old rail car downtown. Had the small pancakes bacon and egg. Was a decent sized meal and left full. Priced very good and very friendly. Would eat there again.

Wow, the best menu of comfort food. We had the Chicken and Waffles, Half of Hot Roast Beef Sandwhich and Hot Turkey Sandwhich. All I can say is it was hard to decide what we would eat.

We were driving on the interstate and got off freeway looking for Lunch. Came upon Frank's diner. Boy are we glad we did. This is a great fun place to eat. It is as if you are entering days gone by. That is because you are. Eating in this first class train car is a treat. Now to top it... More

I have been to Frank's many times. And not once have I had a bad experience! The wait times can be long at times, but hey what do you expect from a great eats joint??

Cute atmosphere- huge portions. My grandson loves this because it is actually a train car. The portions are really huge. Kind of overdo it on the sauces. This is not a place for lite eaters or foodies. Old fashioned very hearty food.

Unique restaurant built into a antique railcar that has been tastefully restored to the period. Space is limited. Classic comfort food is done well here! A must try is the brown gravy & sweet onion on the hash browns.

There was a lineup but don't be dissuaded, as it moved pretty fast (although they don't rush you through your meal). The food and service were great along with the ambiance. It really is worth stopping.
