Staying downtown in January we decided to try someplace new to eat. As a Spokane native, I hadn't tried a lot of downtown places when I lived there, so I try to make a point of trying somewhere new when I do get back. It...More
Loved the biscuits and gravy. German sausage omelette was delicious. Favorite was the hashbrowns. Crispy yet tender on the inside - actually taste like potato. Dining area was small and narrow but comfortable. Street parking limited but there is a public lot very close by.
Satellite Diner & Lounge was a blast from the past with an assortment of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Fabulous location for a late night meal after a night on the town. Service can be slow, so bring a good friend or two while you...More
It's hard to find a breakfast place that really stands out. The Satellite Diner did! There are a lot of options on the menu. My breakfast was piping hot and delicious. My only complaint is that I couldn't finish the whole thing.... My server was...More
Satellite is an old style diner, kind of a "greasy spoon" atmosphere. That being said it also has an interesting menu with a lot of breakfast and lunch options and the portions were very large. I had the classic breakfast with two eggs, hash browns...More
Unfortunately waited about 30 minutes to order, and 20 minutes to even get a water. My fork was dirty, and it felt like we were being ignored for part of the visit. Half of our group decided to leave, but we had saw reviews on...More
My first (and hopefully last) trip to Spokane, I stopped in for a bite at the Satellite before a hockey game on 10/6/19. The food was ok (average), but the server seemed indifferent. The food took a while to arrive. I asked for an extra...More
We went off-peak on Thurs and Fri at around 9:30 am and waited about 15 minutes. The wait staff were busy but took the time to be friendly and accommodating. Eggs Benedict and taco omelet were so good that we powered through the large portions...More
We should have listened to the reviewer who warned us they waited for half an hour for their food. Our wait was longer.
Staff was numb. Minimal customer service:
said they would wipe the table, did not
Said they would bring cream, did not
ere is meter parking around the entire block, and meters don't need to be paid after 7 pm, nor Sunday. Be aware of the cab stations though, those are hefty tickets. There is also 3 lots surrounding with reasonable rates. :)
