Took my Grandson here for lunch during Thanksgiving school break. He enjoyed the 50's atmosphere along with the selection of white size burger and the milk shakes being made the old fashion method with hard ice cream He tried the peanut butter and it was...very delicious with lots of flavor. The hamburgers were served with a choice of soup, salad or fries. So the meal was very filling even for a teenage boy. Service was great and the meals were cooked very quick with limited wait time. Will definitely be back soon. Nice change to the fast food burger joints.More

Ferguson's is a Spokane institution in the funky, trendy slightly hip Garland district. Full disclosure...I've only been for breakfast and have always enjoyed it. Negatives: it's a small place and there might be a wait during peak times, and my most recent cheese omelette was...crape-thin instead of burrito-thick, and like many breakfast places, I thought the prices were a bit high for what you get. Super service and a fun retro atmosphere. Besides, how many places can claim Johnny Depp shot a movie scene there?More

The diner is located in the Garland neighborhood which is quite walkable with parking close by (including on the street). The service is excellent. The food is what you would expect with a short order cook quickly preparing meals and you get plenty of it....The prices are reasonable. It's a delightful historic place in this older neighborhood of Spokane.More

Feels like a 50's cafe with great food. Staff is very friendly. Fun to read about the 3 motions pictures that were filmed on location - Benny and June, Smoke Signals and Vision Quest.

What a fun place to go. Every worker we saw, was enjoying their job so it must be a fun place to work. The food came out quickly and was delicious. We merely mentioned to our waitress we were going to share two dishes and...when they arrived at our table, they were already split for us. Quite good service! Even though it was crowded, the noise level was acceptable. The hamburgers are excellent! Not fancy, just a regular old hamburger with an amazing flavor.More

I have eaten here several times and it is a treat everytime I come back! The food is always great and it is just a wonderful atmosphere. The ladies are incredibly friendly and make you feel so welcome everytime you walk in. This is always...my recommendation anytime a friends comes in from out of town and I want to treat them to a great breakfast.More

Met with a work colleague for breakfast and he recommended this place. Great atmosphere, great food and the staff was friendly. Assuming locals know all about this place but you must try!

Food, service, and the friendly atmosphere is exceptional and this place is legit 1950's decor! Its become my go to spot for my morning breakfast and coffee. I am always treated to a warm smile and friendly conversation from the waiters. The food has never...disappointed me either!More

We had heard glowing reviews about Ferguson's so we decided to go check it out one recent Saturday morning. The waitress was super friendly when she came to our table, We ordered and waited for the food. When it came I went for the toast...and found that the bread must have been stale before it was toasted because it was too dry and brittle to eat. I had ordered the sausage scramble and you really had to look hard to find the sausage in there. I had no complaints about the hash browns but they jjust seemed kind of blah. My husband had ordered sausage, eggs, hash browns and toast. When the order arrived the sausage was burned to a black crisp. His toast was also dry and brittle and the bread obviously stale. He couldn't eat it and it is very rare thing for him to complain about food! He said his hash browns were burned too. He had a really negative reaction to the whole meal and that never happens! He said the eggs were just off and that he would never go there again. The only reason I'm giving them the second star was because of the waitress. She was very nice and kept the coffee coming and the coffee was pretty good. I know this place has been very highly rated but I guess we just hit a bad day.More

Had lunch with family while I was there. I ordered the chicken burger with fries. Very tasty and large portions. I am also told that the Movie Benny and Joon was partially filmed at this restaurant. You'll notice the movie poster on their wall.
