Decided to try Casper Fry with a group of friends. Food was pretty good (as in I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again) but it was super loud for some reason. Made visiting with friends nearly impossible.

A friend suggested that we meet here for lunch and we had a very nice time. The food was great and the service was excellent.

Birthday dinner, so had high expectations. Wasn't disappointed. Had the shrimp and grits--highly recommend. Liked so much, I was back in a few weeks for a business lunch. Again, food and service both were excellent. Can't wait to return.

My new guy and I went because I had read so many positive reviews of the place and they feature a rarity on their menu, shrimp and grits. He had never had fried pickles so of course we had to try those as well. They were the best fried pickles I have ever had! Tart beyond belief despite being fried... More

We stopped for a late lunch, eager to try the jambalaya. The decor is interesting, with an old industrial vibe. The chairs are impractical and uncomfortable. The jambalaya was overly spicy and some of the rice was undercooked. The beef on the brisket sandwich was tough and bland. Maybe we just picked the wrong dishes. Maybe they were just having... More

I had been there in the past when visiting Spokane and was looking forward to again having the shrimp and grits. They are terrific. Great service also. Fun decor.

My friend and I went to Casper Fry for lunch recently and found the restaurant to be delightfully different and in a upcomingly hip neighborhood. I do agree with the seating complaints however. Our waiter (I wish I could remember his name....tall slender young man) was so friendly and accommodating. He admitted that he was not a bartender but made... More

Have been here several times and always enjoyed our food. Best Catfish po'boy anywhere and my other half loved the brisket sandwich, both on their lunch menu. Amazing scratch old fashion drink list and Finn river ciders are perfect complements to their unique southern style menu. For dinner I am always torn between fried chicken and pork belly! Not a... although the food is delicious, the chairs provided are so very uncomfortable! hard wooden chairs with seats that tilt and seat backs that offer little to no support. the food is so awesome but I just can not tolerate a nice dinner out when I need to continually shift in my seat to try and find a comfortable position, of...
