Good Morning! Thank you so much for the review! We hope to see you again soon! Kim Silva, Owner
Luis D. was our server. He went above & beyond for us. From helping us adjust the entree to our liking to helping us get a secret menu fondue. He deserves a raise! We will definitely be back & will be requesting him in the...future!More

Thank you so much for the review, I will be sure to pass your kind words on to Luis! We hope to see you again soon! Kim Silva, Owner
Delicious food. Eat it. Great service. Drinks are spendy but hey, it's a COVID year. Get your chunky dunk on.

We had such a wonderful time! I’m a National Customer Service/Sales Trainer and know all too well how hard it is to find quality employees (or these days… just employees in general). Hang in to Luis! You have an amazing individual on your Team! THANKS...LUIS!More

Hello! Thanks so much for the review. I will certainly pass your kind words on to Luis. He has been a part of our Melting Pot family for 10 YEARS! We are never letting him go! :) Hope to see you again soon! Kim Silva,...More
There were 11 of us for a 9 year olds birthday party. Our server was right on top of everything we needed. The food was excellent. Such a wonderful dining experience. I am looking forward to the next time. Thank you Melting Pot!

Thanks so much for the review, Janice! We can't wait to have you back in! Kim Silva, Owner
My girlfriend and I went to the melting pot for her birthday. We had never been and were very excited. Needless to say we were very happy with the service we received. We had a private couples booth, it was very romantic, and our 4...course dinner was delicious. It was expensive but it was worth the experience and time, we were there for 2 hours! Our server, Luis D., was great. Friendly and he prepared our cheese fondue right in front of us. Lots of fun we'll definitely go againMore

We had a great meal here, went with the $100 per couple option. Food was delicious but very pricey. Service was excellent with our waiter checking back often. If you have two couples ask for a two-burner table.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. This was our first time and thought it would be fun. Receptionist sat us down and gave us two menus. One was the Cupid’s Special and the other was the full menus. The Cupid’s Special was...a dinner for two but there was no price one it. The dinner for two in the main menu was $100 so we figured it would be around the same price. Our waiter showed up and appeared he had no idea what he was doing. We ordered drinks and the decided on the Cupid’s Special. He left and returned about 5 minutes later and said that the special came with a bottle of wine. We told him do cancel our other drinks and we would take the white wine. We really didn’t want the wine but since it came with it we figured we would drink it. Our waiter eventually came out with the cheese fondue. He made it up but it was missing the bacon, the reason I ordered it. When asked about it he looked confused. He left and came back 5 minutes later and dumped some bacon. After that we only saw our waiter maybe 5 times. He would bring us our next course but never come back to check on us. There were times when we were just waiting for our next course for long periods of time. When we were done the waiter brought the check. It had the special $130, two Moscow mules (wife ordered one but that was cancelled once we found out about the wine. No idea where the second one came from), $15 for the bottle of wine (?????), $5 for a rose. I waited 10 minutes before the waiter to return and told him about the extra charges. He said he would take off the mules but the other stuff was part of the special and he had to ring them in separately. I explained to him that it did not make sense as the normal dinner for two was $100. The Cupid’s special was $130 so in my mind that would cover the wine and rose (both I didn’t know were included.). Also how was 130 a special offer even with the wine and rose, those together were only $20. He said he would check with his manager. Waited another 10 minutes for him to return. While waiting I took a Cupid’s Special menu off a table next to me. Looking at it there was no mention of a bottle of wine or a rose. Our waiter finally returned and said he took off the mules. Said he checked with the manager and the charging for the wine ad rose were correct. By this time I was furious and we were already late for a reservation at the piano bar so I handed the waiter my credit card. He ran it on his tablet and handed it back to me and the tip options were 20, 25, 30%. Would have done about 8% but no option for that just clicked the 20 and left. So we ended up paying $150 plus tip for the special. Got a bottle of wine and a rose that were not mentioned and didn’t really want and horrible service. Could have ordered the normal dinner for two for $100 got the drinks we wanted, and more options for less. I will say the food was good but it did not make up for the horrible service and shady pricing/up chargesMore

Just another variation of "Brazilian Style Barbecue". You will leave here overcharged and hungry. The food is edible but not memorable.

For starters I understand New Years for any decent restaurant is busy, I get that, I really do. Which is why I made reservations. Being that it was New Years eve, and we wanted to get out of dinner in time for fireworks, I booked...our reservation at 9:30 PM. We arrived at 9:20, to be told they were 30 minutes behind, but since we were checked in, if we would like we could go get a drink somewhere else(because there was no room in the bar-because they were dining guests in the bar), that they would call us when they were ready for us. So we go, come back 35 minutes later, and after just a couple minutes of waiting, finally get a table, in the bar (totally fine-we are both of age). However, after the gal seats us, turns our little hot plate on, gives us our menus and some fun New Years activity sheets and says our server will be with us in just a minute. Unfortunately almost 30 minutes pass before our server ever makes it to our table, and I had to get the attention of the server at the table next to ours, in order for our server to even get told to come to our table. I was patient, my husband told me to be patient, someone will come, but 30 minutes? I don't care how busy you are, that is 100% unacceptable. No one even came to take our drink orders. The people at the table next to us, sat down after us, and had had a server (or other person) at their table three times before I got their servers attention and had to ask her if we could get some service, and yes I said exactly that, "can we get some service?" Because at that point I was extremely irritated. So an hour after our scheduled reservations, we finally got some service. I picked the 9:30 reservation time, so that we could have our dinner, then make it to the park in time to see the fireworks. Instead we had to watch the ball drop on the TV, and didn't finish our meal until 12:30 AM. The food was good; the kid who was our server was okay, he could have been more attentive to try and make up for his "tardiness". Our server is lucky I was in the restroom when he brought our bill back after running our card, because I would not have given him a full tip- AT ALL!! But my husband had already added the tip, totaled it, and signed it. Other than a brief I'm sorry we're busy when he finally made it to our table, there was no apology or free drink or discount--Nothing to try and make it right. Since it was a late reservation, the fact that we were seated and served so late, and we were seated in the bar, it was fairly mellow for a bar atmosphere. But because of how the whole thing started, we won't go back, I will not recommend them to anyone, especially not ever during a holiday event and leave this unsatisfactory review everywhere.More
