We ate at the Wasabi Bistro tonight for the first time, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Unlike most, we did not have sushi, but instead enjoyed three of their other Asian dishes. Our least favorite was the General Tsao's Chicken as it seemed to be overly vinegary. Nice portion, not too sweet, but the vinegar balance made it reminiscent of hot... More

Wasabi is a smaller place with a very clean modern look. Water is served immediately with a cucumber slice. Already you are feeling the zen. The sushi I had was delicious and presented with a beautiful holiday message. We had excellent service. The prices were average and didn't break the bank. Next time I go, I'll bring my hubby.

This restaurant has huge potential and most of the staff were great...but when you have one terrible staff member it wrecks everything. The food I hate to say it was terrible. Hate to say this too but it was the worst sushi/veggie tempura I've had. The veggie tempura was gummy and very dense. It was hardly palatable. The rolls were... More

The food (sushi, sashimi, miso soup, tempura) were all excellent. The miso soup was just right. While that is a somewhat odd thing to review, at many restaurants it is often too salty or so light you can't taste the miso. The sushi and sashimi were all fresh and tasty, the tempura was light and cooked just right. The restaurant... More

We delivered our son to Whitworth University and found this outstanding restaurant just around the corner. EVERYTHING was delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. Went one day for dinner and returned the next day for lunch! Can't wait for Whitworth parent's weekend.

Best sushi in Spokane, hands down! My boyfriend and I had a lunch date here and I have nothing but amazing things to say! First off, our waiter Thomas, was absolutely amazing! Both of us agree he's the best waiter we've ever had. He was extremely personable, funny and made our experience there great! If you pop in there, request... More

Ended up in the area while traveling back home. Found the place and was surprised. With the simple but great flavors in their food. The menu was well design with enough options for both Sushi and non sushi lovers. We order dumplings, shushi Sahimi and fried Rice. If you are ever by Withworth college make sulphide you stop by.

I had given up on this bistro after a couple of really bad experiences. We gave it another try and were pleasantly surprised with the return of great food and great service!

I have been to several sushi restaurants in the area and this is the best I have been to in Spokane. The quality is good and offerings are good. I personally like the dynamite scallop roll topped with peanut sauce. However, I have been a few times and the presentation is somewhat inconsistent. Also one time I ordered mackerel nigiri... More
