Xinh's has the flavor of the Orient. With its Vietnamese heritage on display the Chef produces seafood dishes that capture the essence of the Far East and enhances the local seafood with flavors not often associated these dishes. We loved the food and the service and would recommend it to anyone who is a seafood lover.

Xinh's is closing the end of October. Get there quickly or you'll miss out on truly unique Pacific Northwest seafood. Thank you Xihn for many, many fabulous meals. You will be missed.

We have dined here many times since it opened 20 years ago. We've never been disappointed. But now we're far beyond disappointed, we're crushed. This Shelton gem will close at the end of October. Do yourself and anyone you care about and go here while you still can. If you like seafood you will love this experience. It's unique and... More

Wonderful fresh seafood with an Asian twist. Warm service. Don't forget to take a look at the photos on the wall. Lots of foodies have been here!

This restaurant is off the beaten path, but a favorite of locals. It features fresh clams and oysters with Asian flair. Reservations are absolutely required. Apple pie is wonderful. Xinh is the owner who lends her personal touch to every dish. I expected the catfish to be cooked in carmelized hot pot, but it was not.

In what kooks like an old JC Penny's sore on Railroad Ave. well disguised and then you are into a quiet friendly Paris eatery. A local and regional favorite is anything fresh, shrimp, clams, oysters. Worth the trip. Get reservations.

The seafood is wonderful here. We have ordered clams, mussels, oysters here and They are fresh off the beach! We saw Xinh's at Taylor's' yesterday, picking up Her order from the largest seafood company in the State. That night we enjoyed The oysters on the half shell, and a variety of seafood in the delicious cioppino! Our service was very... More

The seafood is fresh, the preparation individualized and pristine, the sauces reflect the French influence in Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommend ordering several dishes to share vs. individual servings.
