We made a reservation and paid in full, weeks in advance, for a Christmas Eve dinner. We were staying in Port Townsend—45 minutes away—and a huge Winter storm with snow (even on the coast) was being predicted. We decided to cut our vacation short, leaving...the AirBnB 2 days early, to hurry back to Ashland ahead of the dangerous travel conditions. When I called Nourish 32 hours before our reservation to explain and cancel, I was Told I could not get a refund—that the food was already prepared! Really? Then would it have been warmed up in the microwave? It amounted to almost $100. Very disappointed to cut our trip in half, and this only added salt to the wound.More

We actually had our wedding reception at Nourish Sequim in late August 2021, and we were absolutely blown away by the level of attentiveness, deliciousness, and hospitality of everyone we interacted with at Nourish. They let us rent out the entire place on a Saturday...night for a great price which included all food and drink for the evening, including the freaking wedding cake! It was absolutely perfect for our micro wedding of 34 people, and we keep getting compliments weeks after the fact about how superb the food was, especially the cake! Also they were great about working with us on the menu, while providing amazing base ideas to work with. Also I was totally amazed they made last minute preparations for our one vegan friend who I'd forgotten to mention, and he ate like a king. I would seriously recommend Nourish to anyone for any type of event, possibly the best decision we made for the entire event. We will be back many many times in the future!More

We were lucky enough to arrive early, walk in and get a table. The servers and cooks were friendly, accommodating and extremely patient with a vegan member of our group. Being from Alaska, we don't have many quality restaurants so this place was a true...delight. My halibut was cooked to perfection (not a bit overcooked) and the warm salad of roasted vegetables was delish. I would highly recommend this wonderful restaurant- what a gem!More

Amazing food with creative balanced flavors. I had La Lamb Burger with Herbs de Provence, rhubarb port sauce, herb crème fraiche,….delicious!!! Sit in an outdoor garden, relax with a delicious meal and excellent cocktails.

We walked in (no reservations taken) on a Sunday evening. You order at the counter, which is a little off-putting at first, but we were there early enough so there wasn't much of a line. Service was friendly and the person taking orders answered any...questions we had. We were seated on the patio where tables were spaced apart nicely. Our server was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. We had the salmon on warm rhubarb salad and the flat iron steak with vegetables. Both were excellently prepared. Never thought of using cooked rhubarb in this type of dish, but it was wonderful. We shared carrot cake for desert. This is a very popular place. There was quite a line when we left, so I would recommend going early. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was great. We would definitely come back here again.More

Thank you sorry for our current informality...we don't take reservations at this time as we have so few tables inside and normally don't reserve outdoor seating as we don't know how the weather will be outside. This year its hasn't rained or been chilly for...More

The meal and the wine pairing was quite good although pricy. The atmosphere is nice. However, shortly after our meal, we were rudely interrupted and requested to vacate the table for a waiting couple who were walked to our table even as we were being...asked to accommodate them. There were other empty tables. It is beyond our imagination why any restaurant would conduct business this way.More

This was difficult to give 4, because the food was uniquely delicious and I felt the atmosphere was exactly how I would describe myself if I were a restaurant. It has a beautiful patio and garden area, along with a fire pit and small home...gifts. The menus had a variety of farm to table selections, along with desserts which I am highly fond of. The only reservation I had was the service, which wasn’t awful, but I found it didn’t reflect the overall experience of the restaurant. No one spoke to is after our meal, and I had to ask for my dessert to go because we just sat there waiting. Otherwise I loved it and would dine there again.More

The wait staff was pleasant enough, we got a nice table outside. The gentleman in the kitchen we could not hear what he mumbled. My salmon was undercooked but I was told that I should have asked to cook well, otherwise they don’t cook inside....I was afraid to eat raw fish because I have sensitive stomach, but they acted like it’s my fault I didn’t ask. My boyfriend had mushrooms pasta, it was totally tasteless, should have more flavor. They need to improve the flavor of meals, not just ingredients. Too bad as the setting is very nice.More

The take home Nourish Valentine’s Day Event was soooo fun and delicious! I could set the table and decorate it the way I wanted, there was a step by step guide to reheating and timing the event, then there was a online link to files...that allowed the Nourish server to introduce each course and had lovely accompanying music for each course. It was just the best experience, and then not having to break the mood to drive home was also much nicer Than going to a restaurant! I hope they will continue to offer online events in the future, especially their online Valentine’s Day event. Don’t get me wrong, their restaurant is lovely, but there just are some holidays better celebrated at home... ;-)More

We found the BEST outdoor dining location while enjoying a weekend in Sequim during COVID. “Nourish Sequim” serves organic, local, gluten free gourmet food on a former lavender farm, just off Highway 101. They have modified their operation during the pandemic and are doing everything...right: masks, distancing, barriers, cleaning, etc., but have also maintained great service. And the food is incredible. We ate braised red wine & beef stew, and smoked wild salmon pasta. SO good!! And the location is adorable too!More

When I'm in a new city, I really want to try all the options I can. After eating at Nourish one night during a three day weekend, I knew that I wanted to come back the next day. The food was fresh and delicious, the...drinks were great, and the service was awesome. I got a salad with pumpkin falafel both days, and my husband got the steak one night and the smoked salmon pasta the next. It was great.
