I enjoyed the quality of the food and presentation. The menu was a bit limited in my opinion and the restaurant is under renovation so there was limited seating.

We dropped in for dinner & drinks and due to a private event we were given the option of dining in a relocated lounge location. This was fine but as we settled down we were moved due to a family reservation that needed our table and Copperleaf graciously made our drinks complimentary. Looking forward to treating our friends to a... More

I planned a special afternoon with a very good friend, Including a gourmet lunch at the Copper Leaf Restaurant located in the Cedarbrook Lodge, near Sea Tac Airport. The restaurant was closed for some reason and we were seated instead in a small temporary Lounge area. Due to the very small location, there were only 3 tables in the area... More

We've been to Copperleaf numerous times, but never for lunch. We had a celebratory anniversary couples massage at the Spa at Cedarbrook, and decided to have lunch at Copperleaf. We also had gotten a "happy anniversary" email from them - with 2 free champagnes, and an appetizer. Lunch was lovely. We split a soup for an appetizer, i had seafood... More

Exceptional food with a def PNW flair. Little touches in the meal make it an experience. Lovely place to dine, chef takes his menu seriously.

Beautiful setting in large great room with large fireplace. Interesting menus selection with high end presentation. Very unique and complex flavors. We had the artichoke soup and exotic mushroom appetizers with the venison and scallop entrees. All very good. A bit on the expensive side but very special presentation. Nice for couples or business dinners. Not really kid appropriate.

The server was less than friendly despite our cold encounters throughout the meal . The food was quite good, but not a lot of choice. The cost was quite high for 4 adults. With only two adult beverages each the cost was $340 with tip. In retrospect, we should have asked for a different server because for that amount of... More

As I was staying at an airport hotel I wasn't really expecting a nice, nouveau cuisine restaurant in walking distance, however I found one in the Copperleaf. Set amongst nice grounds, you should book this restaurant in advance as space is limited. Not a huge menu, but I could have chosen several things. And you can pretty much spend what... More

We had amazing breakfasts and lunches during a two-day conference. There were regular and vegetarian buffet choices and always a healthy choice and some better splurge items. Speaking of splurge the dessert options were excellent, as well. I was fortunate the grounds were so great for walking because after those meals, I really needed it.
