We had the halibut and it was very good, but left me wanting a little more...so...the bourbon chocolate marshmallow desert was just the ticket! They are all about sourcing locally and will share everything they know about where your food comes from.

We needed to catch lunch near Seatac airport as we waited for another in our party to arrive. We stumbled on this excellent, truly gourmet choice. They locally source ingredients even going to the extent of foraging for some. The wine was delightful. While our wait person was very good, the welcome left a lot to be desired. We cooled... More

Copperleaf is actually located inside of a lodge that we weren't staying in but they were happy to receive us. We were just looking for somewhere nicer to eat and we happened upon it. It was definitely high-class and the dishes were about $25 for an entree. The portions were small, as is procedure in a restaurant of this sort,... More

As a surprise to my husband I randomly picked a restaurant to eat at before picking up someone at the airport. Following our Garmin, you'll need directions, we turned into a long driveway and were surprised by the lovely hotel and grounds tuck away into a residential neighborhood. Usually, we avoid hotel restaurants because we have found them less than... More

I'd give the food 3 stars but the service zero. We had reservations with our 3 year old son. The restaurant is in a hotel (we were staying there) and has a kids menu, and we were told there's no dress code, so we figured it was cool to bring him. The server was rude from the moment we walked... More

The flavor combinations are something I've never had before and made for a very delicious meal. I have several food sensitivities and was able to have my meal adjusted for those.

After reading such great reviews of the restaurant we were excited to try it. The table we had was by the fireplace and was lovely. However the service was incredibly slow and we waited over thirty minutes just to get bread. Our meals didn't come until after an hour & we weren't that impressed by the food. The flavors were... Wow. Fantastic wine list that accompanies every meal in the menu. Tasting menu with local produce and meats should be tried. Great for a business dinner or a special dinner. I will return.
