What a beautiful restaurant and lodge this place is. Especially this time of year. So beautifully decorated for Christmas with trees and lights. New winter menu started and it was fabulous. We enjoyed: Atlantic Turbot Veronique, parsnip cream, melted endive, champagne poached grapes Miyazaki Kuroge Wadhu Beef, honey glazed quince, roasted salsify, Madera-Black Truffle Sauce Canneles de Bordeaux, green apple... Enjoyed the Thanksgiving prix fixed menu this year, it was outstanding. The staff are all very knowledgeable and offer many interesting details pertaining to the preparation and local source of the food. Beautifully presented and delicious.

Special. Expensive. Experience. Kristi and Piper welcomed us in, took note of our cross-country adventure, and made our meal even better than the chef intended. We began with fresh baked rolls and softened butter and a first course of foraged wild mushrooms. My bartender choice cocktail went well with our starter and first course. The happy couple both had the... More

Had a very enjoyable dining experience while staying at the Cedarbrook Lodge. Food was delightfully prepared, very fresh, locally sourced, with a memorable mix of tastes and textures from the starters through the dessert. Nice wine selection as well. Excellent and knowledgable service (thanks Sylvia!) at a relaxed pace appropriate for a fine dinner. Setting is modern lodge-style with open... More

My husband and I enjoyed the 5 course Thanksgiving menu with wine pairings. You simply can't go wrong at the Copperleaf. The lodge styled venue is lovely, too. Highly recommend.

I ate at the bar on two occasions -- same menu choices as the dining area. Very nice dinner options -- great food preparation -- with an selection of wines by the glass. The ambiance is warm and inviting.

It's a real shame that this restaurant based in a very fine hotel is unable to use fresh fish in it's fish & chips. Moreover, the "hand-cut" fries, as described in the menu, were not hand-cut at all but came from the same deepfrozen source as the fish ! Is there a chef at work in the kitchen or just... More

This is an oasis for a nice dining experience the night before a flight. They really bring a Michelin dining experience with the amuse bouche, the soup service, and the after meal truffles. The service was very good. My soup could have been a tad warmer and the stripped bass with the tortellini didn't work for me. That said, I... More
