Not your usual questionable near the airport dining. I met a business colleague here for dinner between overnights. I wondered where I was going when I turned off the main arterial and headed North and then there were the beautiful grounds of this property. It looked like the building was transported from the mountains and behold, valet parking too. Even... More

My daughter and I are here in conjunction with a stay at the hotel before she flew out the next morning. I booked a package through the hotel and it was a great value. It included a $100 voucher in the restaurant, which is easily used. The food was fresh and very well prepared. The service stood out-we were constantly... More

It's rare to spend a night in an airport hotel and have an excellent meal in house. The restaurant at the Cedarbrook Lodge rarely disappoints and mostly exceeds expectations. The food is expertly prepared, the menu diverse enough to please, and the waitstaff professional, although on this occasion our waiter was a little slow with the bread and our drinks.... More

What a beautiful restaurant and lodge this place is. Especially this time of year. So beautifully decorated for Christmas with trees and lights. New winter menu started and it was fabulous. We enjoyed: Atlantic Turbot Veronique, parsnip cream, melted endive, champagne poached grapes Miyazaki Kuroge Wadhu Beef, honey glazed quince, roasted salsify, Madera-Black Truffle Sauce Canneles de Bordeaux, green apple... Enjoyed the Thanksgiving prix fixed menu this year, it was outstanding. The staff are all very knowledgeable and offer many interesting details pertaining to the preparation and local source of the food. Beautifully presented and delicious.

Special. Expensive. Experience. Kristi and Piper welcomed us in, took note of our cross-country adventure, and made our meal even better than the chef intended. We began with fresh baked rolls and softened butter and a first course of foraged wild mushrooms. My bartender choice cocktail went well with our starter and first course. The happy couple both had the... More

Had a very enjoyable dining experience while staying at the Cedarbrook Lodge. Food was delightfully prepared, very fresh, locally sourced, with a memorable mix of tastes and textures from the starters through the dessert. Nice wine selection as well. Excellent and knowledgable service (thanks Sylvia!) at a relaxed pace appropriate for a fine dinner. Setting is modern lodge-style with open... More

My husband and I enjoyed the 5 course Thanksgiving menu with wine pairings. You simply can't go wrong at the Copperleaf. The lodge styled venue is lovely, too. Highly recommend.
