As a local, within walking distance, we’ve tried here multiple times and the service is 1 Star. Tonight we came in for Happy Hour and Oktoberfest. You’d think at $12 for a draft beer they’d want to sell more than one during happy hour. We...were there for 55minutes, took 15 minutes to get the first beer and then had empty glasses for 20 with no one coming by the table. Wed planned on having dinner but left due to the lack of service. It’s not the first time we’ve had service issues here....but at least for us it will be the last.More

We were staying at the Cedarbrook Lodge, and since it made for a very convenient dinner, we were able to drop in. It's a bit pricey if you're on a tight budget, but it's also extremely good, both in ambiance and in quality. We have...had dinner both inside and outside.More

This restaurant at Cedarbrook Lodge near SeaTac had high ratings so we met up for a happy hour. Hmm... the food was only marginal and the service was poor, even though it was not very crowded. I can't say I can recommend.More

We met up with long time friends for dinner and an evening to catch up. It’s hard to believe you are right by the airport in this hideaway retreat. Service was perfect, presentation beyond expectation and the food tasty. It would be the perfect choice...for a special occasion but not for a hurried grab and go night. The menu is varied to meet everyone’s needs. We went light but there were 5 course options. I had a bowl of carrot ginger soup and later a grilled cheese with leek and slices of yellow squash which was served with green salad ( not only delicious but lots of unusual touches) Wonderful experience.More

This was amazing. We had the corn and pardon pepper soup and it was we would call outstanding. But that’s before we had the next 2 courses. Now we have a whole new scale. Way past 10. We shared a rabbit ham with lightly dressed...greens that was so incredibly tender (brined then slow smoked) that it almost melted in my mouth. Stunningly delicious. But then the sablefish. Tender w light smokiness, on hemp nutty grits and a buttermilk broth but this tells you nothing—it was unique and endlessly interesting to eat. I ate very slowly to savor the complexity of flavors—tender smooth smoky and it tasted like I never imagined fish and will never forget. But I don’t live nearby (and good thing I don’t—it’s pricey), and their farm to table menu changes seasonally so I may never get this same dish again. I would look for a long layover around SeaTac just to eat here.More

This restaurant and bar were packed on a Monday night, which says something... One of the nicer restaurants near the airport, tucked away off the main road. The place gets really busy, so make a reservation, or be prepared to wait. We learned that the...hard way. The glass enclosed bar is loud, and the service slower because of the crowd. The restaurant, though, was elegant. It has a limited food menu at the bar, with smaller portions.More

Warm, chic, classy restaurant in the Cedarbrook Hotel. The food was fabulous with a farm to fork flair. I especially enjoyed their vegan choices. I’d have to say it’s now my favorite menu in Seattle. We stayed at the lodge our last night in Seattle and decided to make a reservation for dinner here. We loved it! This was our favorite (& best) meal in the 8 days we were in Seattle (& we ate at a lot of restaurants...in Seattle in 8 days!) We loved that you can mix and match entrees and create your own tasting menu. Our waited crafted the order of the items we ordered perfectly! Our entrees were wonderful! The chicken was so perfectly cooked & tender that you could cut it with a fork! The squash risotto was my favorite "entree" the sauce was just phenomenal! For dessert we did the Pot de Creme that came with donuts! The donuts were fresh & hot! & reminded me of the mini donuts you get at Pike Place Market (but full size!). We had fun dipping our donuts into our hot chocolate! Our server was so great! He had way to many tables and was literally having to run through the restaurant, but he did such a great job! He was so attentive and so knowledgeable about all of the food and drinks! I appreciated how he let me sample two of the wines i was deciding between for dinner! He was also really good at recommending things on the menu and how to divide them up to get the most out of our visit! I loved that you can literally walk around the hotel and see the Chef's garden where several ingredients for the menu were being grown! We loved our meal so much! While pricey, the meal was worth every penny!More
