This was a surprise restaurant for us in Redmond. Fairly standard setup inside with a couple of families dining at that hour.
Laminated menu consisted of noodle dishes and soups, dumplings and other entrees. Their specialty was the hand pulled noodles so we focused on that.
The beef lamian noodle soup was modified to swap the noodles for the wider ones and it was the right choice for us. Broth was light and rich which complemented the tender beef slices. The star was the wide hand pulled noodles which had a great chewy texture and was quite plentiful. Enough to split between two.
Pork dumplings were large and juicy. They were boiled and came with a soy dipping sauce.
Service was good with just one person handling everything in the front. Not sure how she did it but kudos.
Reasonably priced and good portions means we will be back again.

First time customer. I ordered two dishes to take home, Eggplant with Tofu and Basil and Sichuan Dry Fried Chicken with Dry Chilies. They were so good and fresh. The lady at the cashier was very nice too. Definitely go back if I ever in the area again.

My family first discovered this place almost a year ago, before we even moved to Redmond. We've been regulars ever since. DH is from Taiwan and we've been back a lot so I'd like to think we know authentic Taiwanese cuisine when we finally find it. And if we do - this is it! To us, Taiwanese cuisine differs from 'Chinese' in being lighter, less greasy, simpler and more subtle in its flavor pairings. This is what we have come to expect, anyway, and this place delivers on those expectations.
You're not here for the atmosphere, so don't worry about the decor. It's what's on the menu and your plate that matters. We've tried a number of their offerings and though we each have our favorites, it's hard to go really wrong.

This a great new find, the Pot stickers are really great, light and juicy ...variety of fresh made noodles plus other dishes from Northern China.will definitely return

Went for a quick lunch soon after our arrival in Redmond. Reasonable menu, good service and above average food, besides the usual green peppers.
We visited 2 days later for lunch and tried something else on the menu. We weren't disappointed and no green peppers this time
