Small popular diner with locals and tourists. Two had the homemade clam chowder which was rated very good. One had spaghetti which was served on a refrigerated plate (should have been for salad) which cooled down the meal quickly (not appreciated). Two had stuffed sandwiches....taco...and other was greek. Both deemed very good.More

Chose this place after reading other reviews for restaurants in the area. We were not disappointed. I had a stuffed sandwich and my wife had a greek salad. Both dishes were great.

I needed my saddle shoes and poodle dog skirt as there was 50's music and memorabilia on the walls. I had a fish sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, tater tots on the side. Good and plentiful. My husband had a French dip, with tater...tots on the side. He said it was good and filling. There was an assortment of fountain drinks to choose from.More

my husband and I shared the clam chowder which was delicious and if you get the ball it's very large I had their signature stuffed sandwich with a homemade bread it was weird it wasn't bad but it wasn't great just kind of in between....The place was very cute and clean and there's a cool mat next to the door of the local artist true that you should check out at a picture of itMore

Great stop on our road trip! We read the reviews in trip advisor so decided to stop in. The clam chowder was delicious! I had the shrimp and my husband had the taco stuffed sandwich. Both were tasty. Lots of choices on the menu. Great...service. Fun 50s theme. We finished out meal with 2 chocolate shakes to go. Can’t go wrong stopping here.More

We were staying nearby in South Bend and saw this place advertised. We went for dinner. I had shrimp and they were very tasty. Husband had a burger and raved about it. We both left full, no room for dessert.

Great little diner offering their signature stuffed sandwich with a wide variety of choices. Bread is made per order. I had the all meats( since I couldn't decide on one). Delicious. They also have burgers and pizza and more. Reasonably priced, under $10 for most....Fresh and good. Waitress was busy but attentive even being the only one working the front.More

Actually the food was great too! The staff was really great - making sure to take care of everyone. There was an elderly gal celebrating a birthday and you would have thought she was part of the family of owners. Good food, good music and...just a moments glance to a simpler time of life.More
