Went for breakfast and it was one of the best we've ever had. Their family recipes are deliciously prepared. Portions are generous so we had plenty to eat and some to take home. Thank goodness we had a cooler in our car for our long drive home to Western Washington. Service was great. If you haven't tried the Old European... More

Go hungry or don't go. Very nice staff and old school homemade food. Fresh squeezed orange juice, large pancakes and ableskivers. ( You have to ask...) Not a light breakfast.

Friendly service, clean restaurant. Great atmosphere and colors, just charming. The menu has a really neat mix of European foods, presented with interesting narrative throughout. Portions are from adequate to enormous, depending on what's ordered. The flavors delivered in even simple dishes are incredible. If we come back to Pullman, we'll be coming back to the Old European.

Just for one night in Pullman,we enjoyed one of the most wonderful breakfast. The extensive variety of dishes combined with the fresh orange was an excellent start for the remaining of the day. Service was also above expectation. Good choice !!!!!

Old European has a fabulous variety of breakfast items, and particularly pancakes and such. The meat and eggs dishes are well prepared, and there are specialty items like Danish abelskivers and an egg combo called goulash. Juices are fresh squeezed. It's easier to be seated if you go early on Sunday mornings. It's a popular spot for miles around!

Only open for breakfast and lunch, but what a breakfast! Fresh squeezed orange juice, squeezed right infront of you. Kids love watching. Food blentiful and fantastic. We didn't know any of the foods, but the helpful waitress was more than willing to take her time and explain everything to us. She was especially wonderful helping our younger members pick out... Old European is a great place to have breakfast, and a popular place to do it as well. With their homemade orange juice and perry perry sauce ("hot" sauce) it is just good. The recommended meal for the eater in the family is the full plate of Hungarian Goulash, and blueberry abelskivers this should fill them up for a while.

We come through Pullman every year and have somehow missed this place on every previous visit. What a bummer! Had a great and filling breakfast with the family. Something for everyone and some great new specialties to try. Super welcoming and friendly to first time visitors.
