My experience was that this was a basic Chinese/American food restaurant. The food portions were large and we took some home for lunch the next day. The food good, but not gourmet either. The lady that served us was quite nice, and seemed to know...that we were new in town. She went out of her way to see to it that we were well served and happy with out experience so no complaints.More
The last time we came here for dinner was around Valentines Day. It wasn't very busy but our waitress kept ignoring us when we would try to flag her down for refills. I remember a couple of years ago when this place used to be...the best Chinese food in Prosser! It just seems like over the last couple of years the service has gone down hill. The food is still great tasting though!More
Our family has been here more than 3 times. And, each time it has been the same terrible service. Our family will not be going back. The older asian lady is so rude at first we thought she was just a cranky lady but she...is nice and friendly to other customers just not our family. Older lady NEVER comes over to refill our water or see if we need anything. Several times she has brought out our food but no silverware! Food is not authentic more like expensive processed frozen food that's been reheated!More
Food is good--not great, or super authentic (american/cantonese style), but all the veggies are fresh and crisp, meat is of good quality and not sparse and the serving sizes are HUGE. The family that runs this place are extremely friendly and hard working. The turn...around time is great, they can accommodate large groups with ease and have a small selection of beer and wine. If you're hungry and looking for a quick, simple meal, this is hard to beat.
If you like mushrooms, try the Black Fungus Chicken. If you like fried dishes, try the seasme beef and if you like soup--the sweet and sour soup is FANTASTIC.More
Great food, great service, always friendly, quick turn around between order and food to the table. Family friendly. Kids are more then welcome and wheel chairs can easily make it through the floor design too.
The food was amazing; however the service was beyond poor. We waited over 20 minuets to be seated (and no it was not busy at all). Then once we got our bill we waited for over 30 minuets for the lady to come back and...pick them up. We could have easily walked out without paying for our meals.More
