Our very close friends had their wedding here. Breathtaking views of the water minus the obnoxiousness you might find near a waterfront property in Seattle.
The grounds were well kept and manicured. Parking was pretty limited but luckily we found a spot. I didn't know there was a shuttle from Clearwater Casino or I would have taken that instead of driving over.
The staff at the wedding was extremely good. I am not sure if they were employees of the Kiana Lodge or a separate catering company, but they were constantly hustling, bussing tables, getting drinks out quickly, and getting the food out in a very timely manner.

The lodge is very pretty and the food was great. We attended a charity event for fishline. This was a great location for any type of event i.e. Wedding, retirement party etc.

Kiana Lodge is beautiful, no argument there. But it doesn't belong in the restaurant section. It is strictly an event venue. No meals are served to the public on a drop-in basis. I repeat, not a restaurant!

We have attended numerous events here, including my own birthday party and our daughter's wedding. Our Rotary Club has held a number of parties here as well. We have also used the site to shoot family portraits. In every case, the food offered was excellent quality, generally served in a buffet. Their salmon is widely revered by guests. The atmosphere is fancy-rustic. There are several venues within the site that vary in size, allowing great flexibility. There are few sites in the Puget Sound that provide such a combination of beauty and great facilities and service.

This is the location our daughter chose for her wedding. The staff was wonderful to work with for the planning. They made everything seem effortless. The actual day of the wedding was beyond description, the weather, the setting, the flowers...The reception following with dinner was absolutely perfect. The salmon and steak were prepared perfectly with many positive comments from our guests. In short the setting is stunning and the professionalism and courteousness of the staff made this an outstanding experience. Highly recommended. Truly a 10 on a scale of 5!

Great location. Over 200 guests at a friend's wedding recently. Main lodge has poor ventilation for 100+ persons - setup not great for cocktail hour, as there was one bar in the main lodge for the cocktail hour, long lines, and people perspiring though it was a cool day. Don't know if you're required to use their catering services if booking the venue - if so, the salmon was delicious and perfectly baked. The beef was dry and overcooked. The six cheese ravioli was tasty. A few hours after dinner was over and people had been dancing, they put out grilled cheese sandwiches and tater tots which were awesome! Garden atrium (where dinner and dancing were held) men's room only has two urinals and a stall - tell your guests to go over to the main lodge to use those bathrooms as well, if you have a large party. Beautiful grounds, with lawn games - bocce, giant Jenga, and a bean bag toss

We attended a ball here and it was hands down the most fantastic setting I've ever danced in! The lodge grounds were stunning. Cocktail hour was held in a sort of cabin like space with leather chairs grouped together in seating areas and tables scattered around. It was just the most amazing space, all wood and old world features. The lush gardens around the property were just starting to bloom so I can only imagine how amazing it looks in the springtime! I wish our ball was held later in the year so we had more hours of daylight at explore the beautiful space!

We were members of a wedding party that had the entire lodge reserved for a Saturday evening. The setting was wonderful. It is hard to imagine anything much nicer. The food was excellent. The staff was fast and friendly.
We were guests, not involved in the planning at all. I do not know how much this cost but I would guess that those who were in on the planning were pleased with the outcome.

I have had the opportunity to be involved, both as a participnt and a trainer, at a number of meetings held at Kiana Loddge over the years. The setting is awe-inspiring! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, rich with colorful plantings across all the seasons. The buildings are wonderful and can accommodate a variety of sizes of groups. The food is also wonderful and the staff are extremely helpful. If you are looking for a venue to use for a meeting or a social gathering in Kitsap County, you will not go wrong with Kiana Lodge. It is the site that my daughter has repeatedly said then she wants to have her wedding at the point of getting married. It's hard to get a better recommendation than that!

This is a beautiful site with superb landscaping and a nice view of the Hood Canal. They provide facilities for dining, special events, and just plain sightseeing. They also offer a shuttle over to the Clearwater Hotel and casino. The decor is dated but appropriate to the history of the area. They have limited exhibits of local Indian artifacts. We had Thanksgiving dinner at their buffet and were very impressed. The food quality is a far cry from the usual buffet fare. Service was quick and cheerful. In short, a great place for a nice meal and followup nature walk.
