True to its name, the seafood paella was exceptional. Service was friendly and helpful. This is the best place I've eaten at in Poulsbo.

Paulsbo-surprisingly cute. The Paella Bar is located at the end of the retail/restaurant strip; this bar is trendy with a nice vibe. There is a small sidewalk patio with 2 two-top bistro sets and, of course, indoor seating. We ordered sangria and the seafood & chicken paella, although there were many items on the menu that sounded amazing. The sangria... More

This Spanish tapas bar was the highlight of our trip. Every thing we sampled was delicious! We started with the bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese. Amazing! Only willpower kept us from ordering multiples of this dish. Then, we tried the Ceasar salads, enchiladas, sea bass skewers, and eggplant plates. We loved everything! The salsa verde and roasted pepper coulis... More

What a fun place to eat. The portions are perfect and just enough to taste a little of everything! We came here after a poor experience at the Port Gamble Cafe where 4 of us ordered dinner only had a few bites and then left. We decided to try the Paella Bar and were so happy to! The service was... Nice ambiance, food was excellent and the tapas are the right size for sharing. You need to try a few tapas every time you visit. We are planning to go back soon.

Every tapas was superb, and the bacon-wrapped goat cheese was to die for. Great restaurant, if a bit noisy at times, but well worth another visit: the variety of tapas warrants that. We missed the paellas , though, so we'll definitely be back to catch those next time!

I try to arrange my nearby shopping and palling-around-with-friends trips to allow for lunch at the Paella Bar, though I've been there for before-dinner "snacks" and dinner as well. Over time, I think I have tried every item on their long menu, and it's all been delicious. The happy hours are long and generous, as are the small plates. The... More

My wife and I dropped in on a late Saturday afternoon/ early dinner time and were flat out amazed. We sat at the bar, she thought she'd like a sangria- three tastes were provided and lo and behold she chose the rise based one. I tasted it and found it delicious. FYI we must belong to 8 winery clubs and... More

Food was crazy delicious and the happy hour prices made it even better. It certainly was a step up from other restaurants in the area. It doesn't look like much on the outside but was a very pleasant surprise.

My wife and I stopped in Poulsbo on the way home from Seattle to stroll around the town and the marina. It was a beautiful sunny day and a perfect time for a walk around this little Scandinavian downtown. We were a little hungry and decided to try the Paella Bar. It was definitely a good choice. The have a... More
