The Burrata Bistro is quite the GEM in Old Poulsbo. We had the pork osso bucco and found it to be cooked to perfection and delicious! We also had the chicken liver pate as an appetizer; very tasty!! The service was impeccable and the ambiance is a nice change from other local area venues. Could be improved with more comfortable... More

Tapas. Done right. Great wine. Friendly lively spot. And some of the best meals I have eaten anywhere. Stuffed peppers. Dates wrapped in bacon. Chili pork ribs. Yow.

Burrata bistro was a real surprise to me. I love eating tapas style meals and have tried many wonderful restaurants all over the world. Burrata stands with some of the best I have experienced. The atmosphere is quite European in flavor and the wait staff is extremely attentive. Decor is warm and welcoming. Happy hour starts when the restaurant opens... More

We luckily made a reservation for dinner at 6 while driving toward Poulsbo, on a weeknight 5 days before Christmas, to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. We were seated at a very nice booth. The restaurant quickly filled up by about 6:30, as it's obviously very popular with the locals. The service and food were first-rate. The martini I had... More

My husband and I took my parents here for their very first tapas type restaurant experience and we had a delightful time exploring the menu together. We ordered the cured meat tray, goat cheese and sautéed mushrooms, salmon mouse and crostini, beef empanadas, roasted Brussels sprouts with manchego cheese and prosciutto and potato and leek mini soufflés. Wonderful flavor a... More

I had the honor of trying their new reworked caper/tomato scampi. It was amazing. Paired it with a great Cab. Service was over the top. Parking is tough so carpool. Other than that enjoy!!!

We love the food and drinks. The service is ok considering how busy it is. This is not an inexpensive place. Tapas just aren't, but each thing is so good it is a worthwhile treat occasionally. Not a child friendly place, and too loud always.

Have dined here several times.. Food is outstanding, Great craft cocktails for my husband, I enjoy the wine list although the reds could be served a bit cooler temperature. Staff is always pleasant.
