There are two marinas within 1 mile - Point Hudson at the northeast end of Water St, and the larger Boat Haven city marina nearly a mile to the southwest. Check the port of pt website. Easter brunch at Hillbottom - doubtful, as they don't do brunch anyhow. Make a reservation instead at my fav, the Sweet Laurette Cafe, in the uptown.
