The Fountain Cafe is a small, intimate venue that produces consistently great meals. The servers are prompt, menu will please all diners, and atmosphere is casual elegance. The food is always fresh. I recommend it, and I'm a local.

We have lived in PT for more than a decade and dine at the Fountain many times. We've never had a disappointing meal and often take the next day's lunch home in little boxes. Yum!

I love this place. Nick and his staff are great. Everything on the menu is good but my favorites are the Scotch fettuccine and the Chipotle prawns.

After looking at menu we should have just gotten up and left. We decided to order two appetizers thinking it would be a light meal. Two small mediocre crabcakes, stuffed mushrooms and no drinks. Bill was $40 with tip.
