They used to have great pizza, but the last 2 times have not been good. The quality has gone down and they put few toppings on it. ..and the price has gone up! Tonight I am going to another local pizza place.

We have loved River City Pizza for years, but lived outside of the delivery area until now, with their second store open at Flora. Friendly staff, prompt delivery and great food! We love supporting a local business that does so much to give back to the community! We are so happy to have River City Pizza closer to home, but this location will always be our favorite!

Super fast delivery. Great flavor, bottom of crust nice and brown, unfortunately the crust itself was doughy and tough to chew through. Will try them again, hopefully undercooked crust was just did to being newly opened location.

Our family placed an order online. 2 hours later and our order has not arrived yet...it specifically stated on their website and on the online receipt that it would arrive in 1 hour.
When we placed a phone call inquiring why the order has not arrived yet and 2 hours have already passed, the manager simply said the order was just getting completed. Why could they not have made a phone call to us as customers updating on the delay? The manager also said that since the order was placed "online" there is no way to determine when our order was placed.
When we asked for compensenation as we our order was well over $100 and we left a generous tip, the manager then said there was no way to compensate because our order was placed "online". It seems to me as though the manager was shifting the blame on the fact that we ordered online instead of calling in the order.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO effort to fix the problem, NO acknowledgement of the problem that was made, and NO apology.

Have been ordering for years but the last two orders have been incorrect. It should be pretty easy to remember the marinara sauce for bread sticks. Pizza was just okay.

Worst customer service. Beyond slow prep. Hands down, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not once. Not twice. Not even three times!
Trying to keep it local, gave them many, many shots to serve, but super poor management, horribly inadequate employees, have made us Dominos fans for life now.
Shame too since the pizza is decent 75% of the time.
Will never give them another shot.

We really enjoyed our large pizza last night. Mostly impressed with on time delivery to our trailer at the local KOA. Ordered on line we were able to do a split version. Great tasting toppings and liberal quantities. Yum

Real cheese, meats, and they Don't skimp on any of the ingredients. This is a good pizza by any standard. Family owned, friendly, consistant.

I was really looking forward to my trip to River City Pizza. My mistake! At first we didn't
know that the young man who took our order also did EVERYTHING else. He was clearly shaken to admit, for the fourth time, that they were out of something. The pizzas
were good but not made according to the published recipe. The salad bar was new. I heard that they tried to create a sports bar and it didn't work............we had 1/2 Combo, 1/2 Taco, 1/2 Hawaiian and 1//2 Chicken and Garlic with white sauce. The pizza was good but we were disappointed.

Ordered from there last night. The women taking the order for delivery was quite rude (I had her on speaker phone, and all our guests couldn't believe how she was acting), and the pizza wasn't really that good. For the rates, I'd recommend ordering from another chain. They're simply not worth the money.
The pizza was soggy by the time it arrived (about 50 min after I ordered), and the box was covered in grease. It has actually seeped down from one box to the one below it.
The wings are also soggy w/ no crisp to the outside.
If they cooked their dough a bit longer, and it had some sort of a crunch on the bottom, I would think that'd improve things. As it is however, I don't think we'll order from them again.

The only thing are chairs aren't very comfy...but don't let that stop you. They weren't serving soups or sandwiches that day, as per the post-its on the menu. Pizza was still very good and reasonably priced.

When staying with friends in Otis Orchards recently, they ordered pizza from River City. It's one of the best I've had in a very long time. They know how to properly make chicken wings, their pizza sauce isn't 100% sugar, linguica is available as a topping, and their dough is obviously a scratch recipe that doesn't taste of processed chemicals and emulsifiers. Worth seeking out if you are in the Spokane/CdA area.

I'm a pizza snob, so to me the chain stores and conveyor pizza places are the worst. THis however was not too bad. The cheeze was excellent, and the crust was not bad at all. This is actually a compliment from me, really.

Selection seemed a bit limited and the buffet was confusing.
Service was ok but could be better.
The dough was fairly fresh and a bit soft.
