Super fast delivery. Great flavor, bottom of crust nice and brown, unfortunately the crust itself was doughy and tough to chew through. Will try them again, hopefully undercooked crust was just did to being newly opened location.

We really enjoyed our large pizza last night. Mostly impressed with on time delivery to our trailer at the local KOA. Ordered on line we were able to do a split version. Great tasting toppings and liberal quantities. Yum

Real cheese, meats, and they Don't skimp on any of the ingredients. This is a good pizza by any standard. Family owned, friendly, consistant.

I was really looking forward to my trip to River City Pizza. My mistake! At first we didn't know that the young man who took our order also did EVERYTHING else. He was clearly shaken to admit, for the fourth time, that they were out...of something. The pizzas were good but not made according to the published recipe. The salad bar was new. I heard that they tried to create a sports bar and it didn't work............we had 1/2 Combo, 1/2 Taco, 1/2 Hawaiian and 1//2 Chicken and Garlic with white sauce. Ordered from there last night. The women taking the order for delivery was quite rude (I had her on speaker phone, and all our guests couldn't believe how she was acting), and the pizza wasn't really that good. For the rates, I'd recommend ordering from...another chain. They're simply not worth the money. The pizza was soggy by the time it arrived (about 50 min after I ordered), and the box was covered in grease. It has actually seeped down from one box to the one below it. The wings are also soggy w/ no crisp to the outside. If they cooked their dough a bit longer, and it had some sort of a crunch on the bottom, I would think that'd improve things. As it is however, I don't think we'll order from them again.More

The only thing are chairs aren't very comfy...but don't let that stop you. They weren't serving soups or sandwiches that day, as per the post-its on the menu. Pizza was still very good and reasonably priced.

When staying with friends in Otis Orchards recently, they ordered pizza from River City. It's one of the best I've had in a very long time. They know how to properly make chicken wings, their pizza sauce isn't 100% sugar, linguica is available as a...topping, and their dough is obviously a scratch recipe that doesn't taste of processed chemicals and emulsifiers. Worth seeking out if you are in the Spokane/CdA area.More

I'm a pizza snob, so to me the chain stores and conveyor pizza places are the worst. THis however was not too bad. The cheeze was excellent, and the crust was not bad at all. This is actually a compliment from me, really.

Selection seemed a bit limited and the buffet was confusing. Service was ok but could be better. The dough was fairly fresh and a bit soft.

My preference is a will cooked wood-fired pizza. I like the thin crispy crust. These guys aren't that thin but they are very good. Excellent toppings, friendly service, and they're out in the valley instead of needing to go into town. Highly recommend then and...will definitely go back.More

This restaurant is in a strip mall in Otis Orchards, WA with lots of parking. It's about 5-10 mins from the freeway (I-90) and is easy to find. We went to River City Pizza for a surprise birthday party. We were the first guests to...arrive and found the reserved table easily as they had my niece's name on it. Ordered a pitcher of beer for the three of us in my party. You stand in line at the desk up front to order your pizza. I was the first at our table to order but the last to get served. We had to ask about our order. The waitress had put "to go" on my order so it sat in a go box for at least ten minutes getting cold before it was served to our table. We ordered the extra large Pepperoni Supreme specialty pizza. The menu boasts this pizza has 3x pepperoni and 2x cheese... But it actually just had an average amount of both. Of course, it was cooled off by the time it reached our table, so the cheese had congealed and didn't appear to be a lot on the pizza. We also got 10 hot wings that were good, but cool, and the cheesy bread sticks woulda been awesome had they not gotten cold. Everything tasted good, just cold. The waitress was very friendly and checked the table a lot. The bud light was good and cold. If the meal had been served hot, this place would have scored better. Lots of kids, as they had another party going on at the same time so this place was very loud, but we expected that. The restaurant seemed very clean and salad bar looked fresh and clean. Bathrooms were clean but had kids running in and out. My niece says this is her fav pizza, and lives near here. They were def busy and maybe caught waitress on a bad night, but the cold food made all the difference for me. =(More
