Ate here for breakfast and lunch. Food was wonderful. Service was excellent and friendly. They put activated charcoal sticks in their water bottles. Beer braised Corned Beef in their Reuben sandwich was excellent.
We had breakfast at Luna's and it was incredible! Had the baked french toast -- it is too good to describe! Husband had biscuits and gravy and eggs and loved it. Portions are VERY large and neither of us could eat it all. Orange juice...is fresh squeezed and like the food, in large portion. LOVE this place!More
I don't know if it's called Mia and becoming Luna or the other way around but I wish I'd discovered this earlier in our week long visit. I'd have eaten here every day. We had apple french toast with bacon, a side of biscuits and...sausage gravy and a healthy bowl of sweet potatoes hash of some sort which was excellent. Everything was excellent. Could have been at the 4 Seasons in Paris or Austin, Texas. Couldn't have been better in any way. Priced well, delicious, served well. I'd go back everyday if I could. I'd rate this place higher if I could.More
This is a very casual restaurant, just off of the main road in Eastsound. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. We were a group of four, for lunch, and seating and service was fine on the very busy Labor Day weekend....One of us had the lobster chowder and proclaimed it delicious.More
Their hours are all over the place, so check to see if they’re actually open. We went the day before and they closed at 2:30. Who closes at that time? So weird. We went for lunch, and were hoping to get some dessert or pastries,...as that is what they advertised. By 11:30 when we got there, they had no more goodies left. I’m confused. Could they not simply make more? Are they not able to plan ahead in anticipation. It is the summer, and they’re lots of tourists still on the island. Having spoke of the negatives, let me say that our waitress was great. I told her how we came by the day before, and how at an odd time they closed. She chuckled, and said that they would be closed Wednesday and Thursday. Again, so strange to be closed during the summer, especially considering they are located right off the main street in Eastsound. I ordered a smoked turkey melt that was very good. My husband ordered the special posted by the door, only to be told, they were out. I asked why was it posted. She said they didn’t have time to erase it. Good thing she was personable and my sandwich great. 😊More
