About
Dillinger's Cocktails & Kitchen is a throwback to an era gone by. Situated in an old bank known as The Security Building, 1927, we craft fabulous cocktails from the pre and prohibition era and we also have a vast selection of rums in our Rum Room. We have a great happy hour from 4 until 6 except on Sundays and food from Chef Lela Cross and Chef Austin Navarre. Come escape the hustle and bustle to Dillinger's!

This was a very cool spot to have a drink. It's super comfortable with a wonderful ambiance. We just had drinks but the menu and the food looked amazing. I'm pretty sure the bartender was a wizard in creativity. They also have happy hour. Just...More

We ordered all the appetizers and what seemed like ALL the cocktails. Everything we ate was delicious, Especially the meatballs. Each cocktail was better than the last, if you are feeling adventerous just ask the bartender to make you something special!

This review is directed more at management. We came 1/2 hr into Happy Hour. Tables dirty. We had to ask TWICE for flatware and plates. Staff (though friendly and pleasant) would swan by and leave several dirtied glasses etc. Over-priced and over-rated if your service...More

This place reminds me of prohibition time when it used to be a speakeasy. They stay true to the historic building and serve old fashioned drinks with new twists and delicious food. Highly recommend!

We started with a Rum Flight. And Josh and crew were fantastic!! We sat at the bar and were treated to much information and had a blast just watching them make drinks and explain what went into them and why. It was a great, quiet...More

I must add: the food is great, too. This small venue in downtown Olympia is just the place for meeting friends for cocktails and/or dinner. Evokes the old speakeasy days but without the fear of jail. The old building is beautifully restored. I am a...More

Dillingers is a quaint pub/restaurant. On nights that my friends and have tickets to the theater, we generally stop here for appetizers and drinks. We have never had a bad meal, from the artichoke dip with pita, and crab cakes to the Charcuterie plate (our...More

Dillinger's is still fairly new but it looks intact from the 1920s. The drinks are creative and the food is very hip indeed. I probably wouldn't go here if I was starving but for date night it would be perfect.
