Artisan coffee and tea brewed by the cup. Elegant and delicious. Multiple choices of coffee and tea are available All the coffee is roasted on-site and brewed to exacting specifications. Yes, it does make a difference. Makes Starbucks taste like Folgers.

Loved the decor, very light and airy. The Americano tasted good at first, but then started to turn sour as it cooled down. Had very yummy puff pastries and quiches, but missing basic stuff like muffins.

We love a good cup of coffee...and found it here. The process by which they make your coffee is fascinating. The staff was helpful in selecting a brew that is right for you. The cafe was beautiful, clean and a maybe a little to sterile. It was library quiet in there at 10 in the morning. Our only regret here... More

Great well curated coffee experience in beautifully designed minimal surroundings. Some pastries. Lots of space and zen ambience.

This is the kind of coffee that makes you regret what you drink normally. No acidity, full of the flavors that other beans boast about having. Smooth, invigorating... I'll spare you the thesaurus entry. Go. Here. Eat a pastry. Enjoy top notch coffee. Friendly service. It's everything other shops aspire to be.

Stopped by for my basic small two shot latte. Really nice, smart staff in a nice space. They seemed to count the coffee beans, ground them slowly (nice), then fiddled around with the grounds and a spoon for a while before making the espresso. The result was a weakly flavored drink at a too high price. Batdorf & Bronson is... More

Try Big Truck espresso. They will grind it if you don't have a grinder. It is pricy 2 bags of Big Truck and 2 of decaf came to over $50

This a place if you happen to be Olympia that you may want to check out the Coffee is just amazing. They direct source the beans from small growers around the world. They do this by traveling to Kenya, Columbia,, Peru and many other places. This reminded me of the Washington Wine Industry when it was in infancy 25 years... More
