The scallops with risotto were to die for. The scallops were a tad smaller than I expected but the flavor of the risotto was incredible. We had a booth location that looked out onto the water and our waiter had a great sense of humor which made our evening. We had Crème brûlée but it was called burnt cream. Since... More

We love the "happy hour menu" served 4 - 6pm which includes starter, entree and dessert for $20.95. The pit roasted salmon is delicious! Service is always great and the view of the Sound and ferry dock is wonderful.

My wife had a wonderful fresh fish dinner and my seafood platter was poor in terms of amount and way overcooked. A tiny piece of farmed salmon... really? In fairness , the seafood part of the platter was free with the offer to replace and the told that the cook was cleaning up and forgot what he was doing. The... More

If you walk up the hill from the ferry or hotel on the water, your doing do to get a good cup of coffee. I made the trip several times avoiding a free hotel breakfast. The coffee here is great! Food is okay as the eggs are pre cooked. Still better than hotel food. Coffee is the attraction here.

Great food, great staff, great view. Perfect PNW experience. Highly recommend. My husband and I were very happy. Stay at the Silver Cloud and walk to Arnie's for dinner. Take a ferry ride. Nice weekend.

View was nice but the food was mediocre at best. I had ordered Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon...but got regular eggs Benedict instead..no big deal, but it was luke warm and the hollandaise had settled and and muffins were soggy. They had also spilled a mimosa on the back of my chair and purse...so the meal had not started out... More

I hesitate to write this review because I kinda like to keep the good happy hour places under wraps but I think it's only fair that they get the recognition they deserve. First, the view is great, you're overlooking the sound from Mukilteo to Whidbey Island. You can watch the ferries go back and forth and even see the mountains... More

Very cute and quaint restaurant! I asked to be seated on the top deck to enjoy the view of the ferry. I tried the steamed clams as an appetizer. The side salad with basil vinaigrette was delicious! The main course was the seafood sampler and it was amazing. Overall, great place to eat!
