I loved this bakery till I learned they were still using hydrogenated oils in their food. Till this practice changes I can no longer enjoy their pies, cakes, muffins etc.

Dear Carmen, thank you for your patronage of our Bakery. We use clear soybean liquid frying oil which contains zero trans fats. We also offer all-natural Hormel meat products; our baked goods are made with local whole berries, local dairy, and fresh vegetables sliced daily for our salads and sandwiches. We value the health and well being of our customers,... More

There were four of us that stopped for lunch, one being a local. Busy on a Friday around 2:00. I ordered a corned beef sandwich on marble rye and it was one of the freshest tasting sandwiches, especially the bread. Others ordered the spinach salad with fresh berries and split pea soup and the super croissant sandwich. We also split... More

We stopped in for a late lunch on Tuesday. All of the baked goods were tempting but I'm trying to lose weight so opted for the soup and sandwich. My husband had the split pea soup (the specialty) which he rated as good but just average. This looks like a wonderful bakery but other than soups, sandwiches, salads they don't... More

Amazing sweets! Tried the caramel apple pie which was heavenly. Also the almond bear claw, coconut cream pie and a birthday cake which was divine. The Dutch almond cookies are a favorite too!

We bought six different treats (magic bar, lemon coconut bar, key lime bar, raspberry bar, chocolate and peanut butter bar, and a raspberry bar) and shared them. None were bad but none really stood out either. Mostly sweet, without any very defining taste. If I went again I would try something other than the bars.

Good food here with traditional Dutch pastries and desserts, along with standard American fare. A bit overpriced. Skip the hot chocolate unless you like mocha flavored; that was a disappointment.

We love this place. The kids always feel welcomed and they make any sandwich I want. They even do pb&j for the kids on a roll. Perfect! And we always get dessert an sometimes a breakfast bread loaf.

We frequent this bakery almost every time we pass through from Canada to Bellingham. It never disappoints, their sub sandwiches are so fresh and delicious, coffee is great, and you cant go wrong with ANY of their baked goods. Everything here is made with love, the staff are so friendly, they actually even remember us despite how much traffic goes... More
