Didn't visit the Lynden branch, but the Bellingham/Fairhaven branch was great. Large area - able to find table away from the noise of the bar/TVs if necessary. Great food and options, very affordable. Service was good/quick.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Vancouver. The food was to be expected, the service was alright. The music was sort of loud. Everyone was satisfied with their meal but nothing was exceptional.

Food and drinks are usually good. But the service is hit and miss. Either in the Bar or the Restaurant. I would definitely recommend for happy hour just don't expect a bartender who smiles to much. But the food and drinks are always good.

Went here for lunch on a weekend and it was really quiet. There were hardly any customers and there was a sign on the door that said their liquor license had been revoked. Since my father owned a pub for over twenty years, I know that's a big deal. The atmosphere has a lot to be desired. It's extremely dark... More

Very dark place and food was pretty good. We had decided to go for a drive around Lynden and Bellingham and found this place when hungry. Sandwich was ok. Fries overdone. Nice people but not somewhere I would ever return to.

This location has zero customer service skills. After three different visits we will no longer eat here. On one visit our order was forgot. On another visit our check was totally wrong and onn our last visit our food was wrong. This location is very understaffed and the staff we have had have either been so new they did not... More

Went with some friends during happy hour. Love their fries for sure! And they have great options for Happy Hour. Their service is good, and everyone is very friendly

One of the first times I went there we had made reservations for 8 of us and got there and they acted like they didn't know what a reservation was, and we had to wait I don't know how long for a table. If you don't take reservations tell us when we call! And we called twice! I know mistakes... More

If you can hit their happy hour, then you should be okay. Otherwise you will be paying too much. The food is good but overpriced for what you get and the location doesn't offer anything. The service is hit and miss. They used to offer points and would email rewards/coupons to lure you back in. The last 3-4 times I... More

Everything at NYP is fantastic! Just recently ordered the nachos and I couldn't get over the amazing flavors of lime and cilantro!

Description
Voted #1 Best Happy Hour in Lynden 3 years in a row! NYP Bar & Grill's Promise: *All of our food is made in-house, from scratch. Our pizza dough is made fresh daily using our own recipe. We make all our own pizza sauces along with most of our signature dipping sauces. *Your meal is made from honest and natural ingredients like nitrate-free, uncured pepperoni from Zoe's Meat and 100% hormone/antibiotic free beef for all burgers. We use only premium, hand crafted meats that are almost all WA State sourced and come in the most natural state available. *We care about your experience and offer a gluten free menu, a perfectly selected NW tap list for the beer obsessed, a great sports viewing environment or a family friendly experience. If we can make it, we happily will, don't be afraid to ask! *We buy local. NYP is proud to use Avenue Bread, Zoe's Meats, Isernio's sausage and Hempler's bacon. Our rotating tap list is filled with local breweries and our martinis are made with Bellewood vodka distilled right here in Lynden, WA. We love to be a part of the craft brew movement and proudly "drink local" at NYP. Established in 2008, NYP Lynden was the first to open. Two more locations would follow in Bellingham and then Seattle's Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. Located on Bender and Badger roads, a few blocks from Bender field ballparks. NYP caters to local families and is popular for groups, weekend brunch, sports viewing and an amazing happy hour. Our scratch-made, highest quality, real food comes from authentic recipes and natural, local ingredients. NYP is a little bit family restaurant, a little bit sports bar and boasts a stylish, yet unpretentious atmosphere with outstanding Northwest hospitality.
