They have the best doughnuts. They also have cookies, all kinds of handmade yummy goodies & muffins are excellent. They make their own breads. The jalapeno cheddar is wonderful, but you have to get there early. On the right side is a little deli. It's the...highlight of my trip.More

Blueberry muffins and applesauce donuts were excellent. Located on the main road, with a nice selection of items. Recommend stopping in for treats.

You get what you pay for! Expect to pay a premium for the donuts and pastries at Dylan's, but they certainly beat out what you'll find in any grocery store. Also expect to wait in line because there's always a line. Come earlier in the...day for the best selection.More

Heard a rumor about a donut the size of your head. We found it! The Texas Donut was giant and delicious. So there were so many yummy treats to choose from it was difficult to decide; so, of course, we bought too many. Staff was...friendly and efficient. Prices were more than reasonable. Will definitely visit any time we are in Long Beach.More

We come here for the pastry but they make a pretty good Deli Sandwich as well. Always a treat and convenient parking behind the bakery.

We stopped here while on a trip to Long Beach. It was the only place open in town with breakfast fare besides McDonald’s. We had a couple of doughnuts and some coffee. The doughnuts were fine nothing special. The coffee was terrible. Brown water. It...was impossible to get a decent cup of coffee on our trip.More

So reviews suggested this little hot spot in Long Beach. I thought great let’s try it out. I got in line to order food. Biscuits and gravy and eggs and ham sandwich. I saw her making the food by putting it in the microwave. They...used a microwave and toaster to make it all. I went and paid and sat down. The food was not good- as you can imagine. I could have made that in my hotel room. When I was done you had to go to the bakery side separate and order. So I stood in line again and got several items to sample. I had different cookies, scone, and a cherry turn over. So none of the cookies were good- this is why I did not go into detail. However, the turn over was nice and flaky and was filled with cherries. So pastries may be their go to item if you go there. I would not return. The seating was crammed and it was not clean. Tables needed wiped down it was all dated. However, the staff on the bakery side was friendly. Well mostly this gentleman who seemed very eager to tell you about items and appeared to love his job. There was an older gal who also was friendly. Otherwise the staff seemed like they were ready to clock out.More

Wonderful sandwiches as well as pastries and baked goods. Their breakfast sandwiches are particularly good.

So many choices! It's a place where you wish you could have a piece of every item in the case! Everything we tried was fabulous - I would definitely go back. I had a chocolate chip coconut shortbread loaf that was to die for! When...I went back the next day they were sold out! Such a fun local find!More
