Food was good, we got the Ruben and the schnitzel. Both are great. Read other reviews and decided to try it ourselves. Was not disappointed. Kinda pricey, 3 Rubens and 1 schnitzel wa $71+tax.

We decided to stop in based on some recommendations and the fact that the menu provided a pretty good selection of German fare. After being seated we had a fairly long wait for a server to come by for our drink order, and the place was barely half full. Another long wait for the drinks and then we ordered our... More

We had seen a write-up that bragged about this restaurant's "world famous Reuben" sandwiches, a favorite of ours. What a disappointment. The meat was nearly shredded, so it was a very unpleasant texture and actually not very tasty. Other diners' choices looked much better, though.

Lots of options on the menu and they are good with large parties. Everything our table ordered was good - pizza, German food, burgers, and more.

We chose this as it was one of the few places in town with a kid-friendly and non-sausage loving eater. They have good spaghetti and chicken strips & curly fries for those not in the mood for traditional German fare. Each of the entrees comes with traditional kraut & spiced red cabbage and your choice of either German fried potatoes... More

Ok, so it was a busy day. We expected to wait for a table. We did 20 mins. Not bad. No service for another 10 mins after we sat down. Then we waited 40 min for food. People seated after us ate, paid and left before we got our food. No warnings of slow kitchen. We asked about our order,... More

Located in an attractive German theme large restaurant on the main shopping street. We had the schnitzel lunch and the schnitzel sandwich. Both were very good as were the potatoes and the German noodles. The seasonal lager was good but more like an ale than a lager. The portions were large.

Wandered in while trying to find food in Leavenworth... Horrible experience. First off their pizza oven was broken. Then they only had one waitress for the whole restaurant and she also doubled as the bartender. Then we got our food which came pricey, turned out to pretty bad quality. I will not recomend this place, there are better restaurants to... More

My husband can't be in a Bavarian town without eating Schnitzel. This restaurant was a good choice. It had a nice atmosphere to it. We had a seat by the window so we could watch the people walking by. The food came and I was fairly shocked at the size of the portions. I could only eat half of the... More

The food is OK. Not bad. Not stellar. But when doing traditional German food it is not easy to get stellar. The server was very friendly, but she kept forgetting our orders and it wasn't very busy. The sauerbraten was good. My husband ordered the two different sausages which turned out to be the same as our appetizer. I would... More
