We recently celebrated our anniversary here and it was amazing. We ordered the shrimp and scallops for an appetizer, they were cooked perfectly! For dinner we choose the Tomahawk steak, it was fantastic. Our server Robbie was on top of everything and we were happy...to have him wait on us. After dinner we choose to have a nice after dinner cocktail. We will definitely be back.More

The ambiance was fine, and they had made efforts to handle the covid situaiton. The main event however, what they were supposedly known for, was a massive disappointment. I'm a big steak fan, and have eaten filet mignon around the world, and its a favorite...of mine (sad to say I'm not a lover of fat on my steak, despite the additional flavor, I know) We both ordered the filet mignon, and when it arrived it was the size of a sirloin, in fact it was the texture of a ribeye cut with large chunks of fat running through the meat. It was about 1 1/2 inches thick, and was essentially nothing like a filet mignon (at $50 i'd expect them to either get the cut right, or not need to tenderize the hell out of it). It was cooked medium rare as asked, but wasnt anywhere near a $50 cut of meat. On raising with our server she said the kitchen wasnt sure, it comes pre-packaged?! If you work in a steak restaurant (kitchen or server) you'd know what a filet mignon looks like! Anyway, you may or may not enjoy your meal, just be careful when ordering and make sure you get the cut of meat you ask for (I for one don't like to be deceived).More

Just really good. We are local, and when we have something to celebrate, or simply crave a good steak, we eat at Mozart’s. Well made whiskey sours, excellent wine selection, and very knowledgeable servers. Worth the splurge.

Husband and I have been to Mozart's several times several years ago. The food then was excellent. The chef at the time, Catl Anderson, was a consummate professional and fascinating to talk with. This visit was Entirely different. First, it should be noted that chef...Carl Anderson is long gone. Sadly, Mozart's continues to state on their website that Carl works for them. He does not. Second, the food. We ordered the escargot for our appetizer. It came in a bowl with a cream-based sauce/soup and mushrooms. It was bland. My husband ordered their Tomahawk steak with prawns and mushrooms. Well marbled 16oz bone in ribeye. I ordered the brussel sprouts with bacon and dates. Hubby's steak came. It has some type of brown liquid poured all over it. The steak was 1/4 inch thick. What Mozart's refers to as "well-marbled" in reality is well-grisled. The meat was tough and similar to chewing on a work boot. The prawns were so over cooked, their consistency was similar to chomping on a small rubber ball. My brussel sprouts were greasy and limp. After the 1st bite, we couldn't continue eating. We set our plates aside and waited for the waitress to bring us our tab. When she came by to pick up our plates there was no inquiry as to why 95% of our meals were still on the plates. She friendly and efficient, which didnt make up for the terrible quality of food. My husband and I have no problem paying top dollar for great food. We've spent $200 on just dessert before. We've spent hundreds of dollars on quality meals before. Mozart's is no longer a top quality restaurant. Carl Anderson is long gone, even though Mozart's owners continue to dirty his reputation by stating that he's their chef. Disappointed is an understatement for feelings about this visit to Mozart's. Save yourself some money and Do Not go to Mozart's. My husband and I will never go back.More

We really enjoyed our meals. I’m not personally a huge steak fan, however my selection for our visit was the filet mignon. It was extremely satisfying. The only real downside to our experience was our server. He wasn’t terrible, but in our experiences elsewhere that...are a little more pricey than others, we have always felt as though we are a priority. We noticed how well other tables around us with different waitstaff were being looked after and compared to our service, everyone else got exceptional service. We did leave feeling a bit slighted which really hurt our overall experience. Food was amazing though!More

My wife and I have been to to Leavenworth many times over the last few years as we go over the mountains to get cherries and other orchard fruits available in the early summer and when we do we try to stop at Mozart's for...a schnitzel meal. Not knowing how they would accommodate us inside the restaurant with with social distancing, we give it a try for lunch on the Friday we arrived. We were surprised and edified to find the restaurant super cleaned the menu fairly unchanged. The food was great and the service was excellent.More

My husband and I visited Leavenworth during our anniversary, and this was by far our favorite restaurant in the area!

My husband and I had a late Valentine’s Day lunch here and it was great! The restaurant was pretty slow (we went at a weird time) so there were only a few other diners. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and our food came...out quickly. We started with the fondue, and it was amazing!!! It was the best part of the meal, without a doubt. Our entrees were good too, but the fondue was definitely the best. I would highly recommend a visit!More

We showed up on a Saturday night without reservations. Although the restaurant was very busy, we were seated at a long family-style table immediately. Other people were seated at the table, but there were several chairs between us and them, and it didn't bother us...in the slightest. The fondue was amazing! We really enjoyed the variety of fruits, vegetables and meats to dip into the fondue. Definitely worth getting! I enjoyed the SAUERBRATEN, and although I personally could not taste the special gingerbread flavoring in the sauce, the entire meal was delicious. My husband enjoyed the ZWIEBELROSTBRATEN, and said that it was an excellent steak. The service was perfect. So many kind and smiling faces! We look forward to going again.More

Most/many of the items on the menu were not available. Bartender was unable to make basic drinks due to unavailability of ingredients. Fondue was good. Service was extremely slow. Steak was OK, but salmon was not edible, so was given to our dogs.
