I just moved here from Texas and have been trying to find a good Mexican restaurant. I've tried a few but, I must say the food here was soo good. I ordered the taco, sour cream chicken enchilada, tostado with beef, and a chili relino...with white cream sauce. I also had a hot broiled pepper sprinkled with a seasoning. It was amazing! Blanca was my server and she was also amazing! I will definitely be going back soon.More
We had a birthday lunch on 2/26 for my mother's 91st birthday. There are many good things to talk about starting with ample parking. The interior is a little dated, but the bench seats were vibrant with color. We were greeted when we entered and...seated immediately. Our server was a delightful young lady. Our orders were taken and served in a timely manner. Our meals came out hot, the plating was attractive and the food was very good. I was impressed that the Spanish rice actually had good flavor, compared to the bland rice at other Mexican restaurants. Staff were very attentive to our needs, paid a lot of attention to mom and even gave her a birthday fried ice cream. I was very pleased with all aspects of the visit.More
I'm from California so I'm super picky about my Mexican and this place was great. Service was awesome. Drinks were great. Loved the rice and beans...very authentic. Definitely a yes for me.
My husband and I were visiting the area for the first time to attend a concert at nearby Tacoma Dome. This restaurant was close to our hotel. What a wonderful surprise! Lovely ambiance. Superior customer service. Delicious food. Super fresh and tasty. We will definitely...be back when we visit again.More
My wife and I had dinner here last evening with a larger group. The place seems clean enough and has your typical Mexican restaurant decor. It was not particularly crowded for a Saturday night. Only a few tables occupied. My wife had the steak salad...which was quite ordinary and she said it was just okay. I had three street tacos which were okay as well. Nothing special. The service was friendly but spotty. My wife asked for some pico which never came. We ordered drinks and after waiting for quite a while I had to go up to the bar to remind the waitress. I probably won't return here unless I'm joining up with a group. There are better Mexican restaurants in this town.More
Mazatlan is a nice restaurant that seems to always be crowded. I totally understand. The good is a delicious and the customer service is excellent. Also, the food portions are huge. They have the largest plates on the planet and they fill them as if...they are serving sumo wrestlers. If you like Mexican food, this is the place to eat.More
We had a great meal here. I had a taco salad with steak, and the steak was cooked perfectly to my specification. There was so much food, that I had to take some home with me. A great lunch for the following day. I look...forward to my next trip to Lakewood, so that I can eat here again.More
We love Mazatlan --we go there frequently for the Deluxe Burrito Manadero with chicken. The sauce is tasty and the serving is huge. We usually have enough for lunch the next day. OR we get one order and share it, so that makes is less...expensive. We also like the decor and the ambiance.More

This was an average visit to a restaurant chain that we go to on a regular basis. The food is average to good. Service is always good and friendly. I had the Chicken Tortilla Soup. This menu choice was constant with what I have ordered...in the past at other Branches of this Local Food chain. Always a good choice on a cold day.More

We go here all the time, we always have great service. They can do anything special you would ask for regarding your food order. So don't limit yourself to the menu! Always friendly staff. A group of us meet here for Christmas drinks the Friday...before Christmas every year. Sometimes the music is waaaay too loud, just ask to have them turn it down some. Margaritas are delicious, the cheesy dip is to die for. Yummy food, stop by.More
Restaurant was very near our lodging so we thought we`d try. Although the neighborhood offered a lot Korean, and other food choices. Mazatlan`s menu has pictures to help you decide your selections. Good friendly service. Good food.
the food was great, nice carne asada. and the staff was quick and food was well cooked over all of our 4 meals.
The food here is always nice but I don't visit very often due to price. For the same menu items and same portions I can go down the road and pay up to 5 dollars less depending on the menu item. Everyone is always nice...and friendly here and service is fast. Not a good choice if your on a budget but if that's not an issue I would say pay them a visit.More
