This is a newer sandwich shop in the middle of Lacey. Not terrible but didn't really stand out to me. Still prefer Jimmy John's.

Went to meconis for their standard delicious sandwiches that we have come to love. My wife thinks it's the bread I think it's the full package. My trip to meconis in Lacey on a Tuesday afternoon brought me into the restaurant to pick up some sandwiches to go. it seemed that everybody behind the counter was sad and depressed with... More

The main positive thing to say is that the dining area was spacious and outside seating available. The prices were average for this sort of place. I asked for a half turkey breast on whole wheat, simple enough, but it arrived on white. The bread was soft and fluffy and mushy with small quantities of filling and little taste. Next... More

Our family ordered egg salad sub (good), Italian sub (very good) and Asian Sesame salad with chicken (hardly any chicken, no sesame seeds, Mandarin oranges from a can were mushy, at least the lettuce fresh). Came here with grandma who uses a walker. There are no wheelchair accessible tables.

We ordered the Italian sub. It was absolutely delicious & larger than from most sub shops. The employees there are also very nice.

Meconi's has been around forever, and still cranks out good subs and chili. But in the effort to grow and expand, quality was compromised. I don't think it was on purpose, just out of necessity. I miss the days when it was the tiny building on Lacey Blvd, where each sub tasted like the ingredients and bread were hand picked... More

Ordered the meat ball Sub. Sloppy, luke warm, no service with a smile. The Lacey store needs a hard look from management; service and quality of food. Will try again next month.

I've had both soup and sandwiches and its been good, although I'm not normally a deli eater. Lots of my friends and relatives are and they love it and go often, plus take out food often.

I live about 20 min from the one in Tumwater but I would drive that far for a the Turkey sandwich any time! The Large size is huge and you definitely get your money's worth.

Great Italian subs. Many choices, large portions and in my opinion much better than the chain sub stores. Friendly staff and food makes an awesome lunch to take to the park or on the go.
