I did not visit the restaurant but did eat at their location at the WA State Fair in Puyallup. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich plate and I had the Rib Dinner. We shared curley fries and coleslaw. The BBQ sauce was the best I have ever tasted, smoky and sweet. I liked it better than KC Masterpiece. Ribs... More

Very good! I got the chipotle chicken and it was spicy and delicious. They have this amazing fry sauce there too!

BBQ brisket sandwich with the spear of hot link. Hot link was fresh and tasty, not greasy at all. Brisket was tender and smokey, no hard grissle. Excellent!

I read about this barbecue spot in a book on barbecue - this was the only place outside of Texas and Kansas listed. We had the pulled pork sandwich, barbecue beans and cornbread, and took the chopped beef brisket to go. All were delicious. They had 4 kinds of sauces, pickles and onions on the side and creamy ice cream.... More

When my boyfriend and I want decent bbq, we come here. I am from Georgia, so I know a thing or two about good bbq. I usually get the brisket sandwich with the loaded potato salad and bbq baked beans. Super good!! I love the bread just as much, because it is always soft. The brisket is never dry and... More

I've had BBQ in some really great spots from Memphis, TN to Kansas City,MO to Llano, Texas and I know it'll be hard to believe......but this place is absolutely the best!! The ribs are served perfectly. Not too soft, and not too tough. The bbq beans are cooked in a mess, that thang is a whole meal by itself, all... More

We eat here as often as we can afford it. We have liked everything we've tried. Sliced brisket is tender and tasty. Pulled pork sandwich also good. Salads are huge, with crispy onions and cheese. Cornbread really good, coleslaw is flavorful and a little spicy (horseradish?), baked beans are probably the best I've ever eaten. I remember the burnt ends... More

This place has really good food. A little pricey but good portions. Their bbq sauce is flavorful without a ton of heat, which is perfect for me. I highly recommend!

Very busy place - but the food is awesome. They now also have outside seating, which helps during lunch when the inside is full.

Always somewhat hesitant about BBQ, But this place was all that K.C. offered! Ribs were not sauced[upon request] the true flavor of the meat was apparent-sauce added a good touch. The 'burnt ends' were outstanding-again not sauced-but dipped again a different dimension, the ends were sweet and packed with flavor.
